Shonen-ai: boyxboy love. Snuggles, relationship problems, hugs and stalking.
Yaoi: Shonen-ai brought up a level. More then just kissing, if you get my meaning. ninja If you don't... you might not want to be here.
Since it's been requested, here we go 3nodding . I myself like darkshipping, casteshipping, archaishipping, puppyshipping and prideshipping the most. -solemn nod-
Archaishipping- Doroboou Bakura x Priest Set x Pharaoh Atemu
Casteshipping- Doroboou Bakura x Pharaoh Atemu
Darkshipping- Yami no Bakura x Yami no Yuugi (there is a difference)
Prideshipping- Kaiba Seto x Yami no Yuugi
Puppyshipping- Kaiba Seto x Jounouchi Katsuya
And there ya have it. My top favorite Yuugiou pairings.
I have others, but those're the ones I like the most. Currently.

Well, I am also a fanfic writer, but i'm kinda self concious of my writings, so if you wanna read any of it you'll have to PM me about it. XP My pairing of choice is Puppyshipping(KaiJou). heart I'm a sucker for all the cute little arguments and the itty bit of tension between them, plus I love Jou-kun to death. I can't see him with anyone else. Other pairings I like include:
Yami x Hikari pairings
Yuugi x Mokuba
Ryou x Yuugi or Yuugi x Ryou
Noa x Mokuba
Honda x Otogi

I like...alot of pairings. ^^ My favorite being Seto x Yami (at the moment) then Yuugi x Yami, then Bakura x Yami.
But I also like:
Jou x Yuugi
Jou x Seto
Ryou x Yuugi
Yuugi x Mokuba
Mokuba x Seto (The only incest pairing out of all the animes I watch that I like.)
Yuugi x Seto
And :
Yami no Malik x Yami no Bakura x Yami no Yuugi.

I shall introduce my favorite pairings here then. Not many shounen-ai ones, but I shall list what I have. Holy batcaves... I see two more Prideshippers, yay! I'm not alone!
My pairings:
Prideshipping (Seto x Yami)
Scandalshipping (Seth x Atem)
Timeshipping (Atem x Seto)
Rewindshipping (Seth x Yami)

And my non pride-related pairings:
Heartshipping (Yuugi x Ryou)
Chaseshipping (Honda x Otogi)
Kamishipping (Seto x Yami x Jounouchi) OK, I lied. This can turn either way. Pride or Puppy. But it's still good.

I shall add YamixSeto and JouxMalik or JouxYami Malik to my list. Fanfictions convinced me.
All of my fanfictions are MalikxRyou in some way, except for maybe 'The End of the Hall'(which wasn't all that marvelous. I don't like that plot now.) and 'Quest for the God Cards'(Which sucks. I hate that story! I can't bring myself to even think about it.)
