Red and white paws slammed into the dirt, the massive red lioness' paws pounding into the ground roughly as she ran.
She did this a lot as of late, the lioness moving, patrolling...
Trying to grasp what to think of the area.
Her choice.
She didn't dare mention to the pride she feared her choice might not be the best. Instead, the female ran-- long, hard, and rapidly. It kept the thoughts she might be wrong from entering her mind; and it seemed to give her something to do.
A way to look for more to add to the small pride.

The land was a wide field, open and welcoming to all it encompassed where Mioyo ran.
Trying to escape her past, trying to sort the life she chose out. Ran to sort everything out in her life. This was not unseen by the only god she befriended, and Primitus was watching with intrigue. He could sense the uncertainty, but Mioyo was never to be a queen. At least, not as great as to be noted; and while Primitus noted this with a sad note, his followers, largely, had fallen.

This didn't keep him from expressing interest in what others did, and the male moved toward the female, breaking into her path from hiding and he rushed ahead, before spinning, blocking the red lioness. Mioyo had to gasp as she slammed into the male godling, the two tumbling and rolling before she moved back. Primitus has grown, definitely, his old size growing back. By now he was already almost as large as a Firekin Adolescent, and she knew the god wasn't done growing.

Primitus smiled kindly to the lioness, nodding in greeting.
"Hello, there. Running, I see." Primitus chuckled, and Mioyo sat, not smiling, but nodding her head respectfully. Primitus noted this; and sat himself, gauntlets gleaming in the sun.
"What's wrong? You seem silent for a cub that talked everyone's ear off."
Primitus never did forget the loud, burly cub Mioyo had been; looking for fights, sometimes picking them. Mioyo shrugged, looking distant.

"Simply.... Thinking."
"About?" One eye arched in curiousity, ears flicking this way and that. Mioyo looked up.
"Did I make the right choice? Did I just doom everyone to death...? Can a pride deal with--"
Mioyo didn't get to finish, Primitus lightly pawing her. He'd overheard pieces of 'The Plan', when he had crept around in hiding.

"You've offered those with no hope a place to find sanctuary, to be free. You've offered protection to the weak and the sick. There is no wrong in that."
Primitus tried to offer a reassuring smile, and Mioyo sighed, looking down.
"I've lead us into the middle of nowhere."

Primitus watched for a time, then rose, looking over his shoulder.
"If you must question your will, then... I shall test the first of your commanders." Primitus said softly. Mioyo blinked, head jerking to stare the leadership god face-on.
"What?!"

"If they can pass my test, then you will know the answer, won't you?"
The god smiled, partially smirking. If Mioyo would not trust herself, then he would have to show her. The lioness stared, agast, and the male stretched.
"Give your commanders a white stone. I'll know then to approach them."
With that, the male god turned, padding away, leaving the red lioness to her own shock.
Did she just irritate a god?
s**t.

Mioyo sighed, and turned, looking down. There, half-buried in sand, was a white stone. The lioness was silent for a moment, before bending, lifting the stone in her teeth, and returning to the pride, placing the stone in a large den. She stared a long moment, and turned, padding away to return to her den. Laying there, she slipped into fitful sleep, fretting over what she had done.....
