It was late in the afternoon and Siti wanting explore the new lands the trio had come to the night before. Jishin was off for the moment and it was just Siti and Udo. She had not got much alone time with the cub and she really wanted to get to know him better.
Siti rose from where she was sitting and moved back toward the den which was only a few feet back.
"Udo," she called, "where have you gotten off to?"

Udo'Tau was more toward the back of the den. Cooling off in the shade of it, enjoying the cool stone floor, flicking his tail behind him a few times. He was getting used to traveling with Siti, becoming quite confurable.
However her walking up to the cave and calling for him caught him off gaurd. He just about jumpped out of his skin before wandering toward the front of the den again with a soft smile on his face. "I'm right here Siti." He said quietly as he spyed her and sat back on his haunches.

Siti smiled softly at the cub, "It is a very nice afternoon. I wanted to go for a walk and I was wondering if you were up for a little exploring."
Siti sat down and waited for the cub to answer. If he did not wish to go with her she would explore on her own, but as always she would not wander to far from the den. She was much more cautious in her action now that Udo and Jishin were with her.
"If you wanted, we could even climb a tree."
Siti missed climbing, it was one of her favorite things in the world and she had not done it in a while.

Udo shifted his feet as he looked down at them for the moment, before looking up with a smile. He looked out the den and noticed it was still very much light out. 'That really sounds like fun."
When he stood up he caught her other comment. He smiled slightly then flicked his tail behind him. "That also sounds like fun." He grinned at her. He was told that he was half leopard, and also heard that Leopards were very good climbers, but he really never tried it but he wanted to.

Siti was happy Udo wanted to come along and thought the idea to be fun. "Well, off we go then," she said turning and heading off. She had seen a few good trees near a herd of elephants earlier and wondered if Udo had ever seen a elephant before. She remember traveling with a few mothers and the calf when she was reaching adolescence but she had not really spent much time around them since she parted ways with them when she was younger.
"Have you ever seen a elephant? There a bit skittish at time, but very interesting creatures."

It took Udo a moment before he happily started to trot behind him, his pace a little slower then her. His tail flicked behind him as he walked looking around at the area around her. His claws extending in and out of his paws, leaving little imprints on the ground as he walked. His mind was wandering slightly until she spoke again and her attetion snapped back up.
"Elephant?" He asked arching a small brow, he flicked his small tuff out of his eyes then started thinking. "Oh! Those big gray animals?" He asked, he never really did know what those wered called, he didn't have parents to teach him. He learned from watching others or learning the best he could from himself.

"Yes, those big gray animals. There are very intelligent and have excellent memories. They can be very kind. I lived with a small heard when I was just a little older than you."
Siti looked around, noticing a flower patch and knew they were not far off now. She listened for a second and she could here there trumpeting.
"There are some just a little further ahead. We can climb the tree near them and maybe have a chat. If you listen quitely you can hear them trumpeting with the trunks."
Siti continued to walk slowing just a bit so Udo could keep up and so he wouldn't tire before they got to the trees.

Udo looked up at the female amazed at the fact that she knew what they were called also amazed at the fact that she traveled with them. "Wow Siti... That sounds really amazing." He grinned up at her as he walked a little slower to once more keep up with her pace.
"That sounds good." He murmured but as soon as she started to talk about him possibly hearing trumpeting. He fell silent then listened carefully. "Oh wow..." He said going quiet once more listening to the sounds, he never heard anything like that.

Siti smiled, she thought her past was amazing now that she was older and thought about it. When she was younger she had not really thought to much on it she just knew those she traveled with took care of her and cared for her.
"It pretty amazing," Siti said as she continued to walk. She looked up and she could see the large creature in the distance. The calfs where running about playing amongst themselves and the parents kept a watchful eye on them.
"There they are," Siti said. She missed riding on elephant back and wished someday her cubs could experience it.
As the pair can closer the elephants were much bigger and walked toward the tree to make communicating with them easier. They could climb up and speak move face to face.

Udo looked at her amazement still plastered on his face. He couldn't belive that she got to live with them. The few that he did see he would have never even see himself work up the courage to walk up to them. However he was older now.
He looked out at what was in front of him. He'd never really seen so many Elephants before. He seen a few on their own but this was just amazing to the young male. "Wow.." He said breathlessly before turning back toward her and smiling and followed behind her egarly ready to go up the tree. Or to atleast try to.

Siti made sure to make her presence known as she made her way over to the trees. She could see the elephants turning to look to her and Udo. She came to a large strudy tree and started up it, making sure Udo saw the way her claws got a good grip on the bark.
"Come then, one will be over in a minute, to give a warning. When I was younger a male lion sought to take me from them, after seeing me playing with a few calfs, but I never saw him. They found out what he wanted and drove him off. We mean them no harm, so we will be fine."
Siti got up onto a nice think branch and settled onto, watching as one of the females made her way over to them.

Udo watched her carefully, he wasn't to sure what she was doing to a point but he watched and learned the best he could, like he did with the various adults he ran into over his life and watched to learn some of his to hunt. He grinned up at her as he watched thinking. He started to follow her and when he found a chance to make her way to a branch near her then looked out at the Elephants.
He looked at her then turned toward the Elephant with a soft smile on his face, he looked at Siti with a bigger grin. "Wow..." He said once more.

The elephant made it way right up to the tree and nodded to the pair, "Good day. I am Almaziti. I come to make you have no wrond intents here."
Siti gave Almaziti a curious look, thinking it could not possible be her, but then again it could be. "We have no wrong intents, we simply wish to chat. I thought Udo," she said motioning to the Udo," would like to meet an elephant. My name is Nabila Siti. I spent several months with a herd of elephants, lead by Mitama. This is Udo'Tao."
Siti motion again to Udo and missed the blossoming smile the elephant gave her. "You know Siti, an elephant never forgets. Do you not remember you good friend Ziti, our names were so similar we thought it funny and I gave you many ride when you were younger."
Siti gasped and smiled, "No Alma. I have not forgotten. I thought it was you, but a lions memory is not always a good an elephants."
Siti was so surprised to see Alma, but it was odd that she did not recognize any off the other elephants not to far off.

Udo was very much surprised yet again when the elephant wandered right up to them. he watched with a intense curiousity spread on his face. He smiled softly when Sit introduced him then nodded. "Nice to meet you Almaziti." He said a little quietly, partly shy.
He listened to their words slightly surprised at the fact that they knew eachother, however them runing into eachother made him smile. He wish he could run into a few people. For instance, deffaintly his sister, he wanted to see his siter again. Another one he wanted to see were a few others he ran into when he was traveling.
He watched the Elephant and Siti, taking in the closeness, leaning to a point.

Alma turned her head to Udo as she spoke, "It is very nice to meet you too," she responded to the young cub. Alma turned back to Siti and grinned motioning to Udo, "Yours," she asked.
Siti looked to Udo and smiled, "Not exactly," she said, "I found him a little while back in the alone on a rock. I could not simply leave him alone, so I offer him found and a place to sleep and he been with me since them, but I would have to say he is as good as."
Alma nodded her understanding, then turned to Udo again. "You should not lean forward so, you may lose your balance young one."
Alma looked to Siti again, "Would you like to go greet the other and meet my own little one?"
Siti was a little surprised at the offer but was happy that her friend was still so trusting of her after so long.
Alma moved closer to the tree and laughed lightly, "Well come on then, climb on, mind the claws though."
"Oh right, yes then." Siti climbed down from the branch and onto her old friends back. "Coming Udo?"
