Where Do We Go From Here?We have our guild!! Now what do we do with it? biggrin Guild Questions & Replies, so far:1. What do we want included? (+ means it's created)
(-/+ means it's partially created)+ general discussion/debate thread - elemental debate thread -/+ thread for each division (to discuss their element and any CRAFTI tasks) -/+ threads for roleplaying + (Laiyre should have her own smithy! ^_^) + Wacky thread (where Rythen, Laiyre, and Kadirva can tickle eachother O.o) - sticky for meetings + sticky for updates - plotting thread ninja + poetry section - Chat in Tongues - Artist's corner -/+ recruiting thread 2. Will the elements thread still be an official hangout?The Sentinel of the Changing Tides Why not split it? Have important decisions made in the guild and have daily meetings [in the elements thread]. The Mistral Knight Since we can transfer Captaincy, it's even possible to switch back 'n forth! blaugh Anyone actually like that idea? 4. - and the crew?Generally, we agree there should be one crew member per element division. In addition, there could be crew members to watch over certain threads, like the RPs. The Mistral Knight Depending on the number of members that join, I also suggest an alternate for the crew members who would like one. - Which forum would it go in? - How much would we still bump the elements thread?

_Time is of the essence. Action is urgently needed. A PM to chrisrapp84 would be a good idea.

Ideas to Get the Vote Out
1. Change your sig to include a message and link to the elements thread. (Ex: Ayeali's sig) [url*=http://www.gaiaonline.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=4195295&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=975] Remove the * and type your message here. This sends people to page 66.
Or, link to the Guild homepage. 3nodding
2. Add a banner to your sig. (Ex: Rythen's sig heart )
3. The Crispy Run: pick Chatterbox threads randomly and post so other Gaians can see your CRAFTI sig.
4. Send a PM to your friends explaining CRAFTI's mission. If any are hypnotized by Fire, help them turn away from the Fire Trickster's influence. (See the Elements thread for examples. Tutorial on "Freeing the Influenced" coming in time.)
5. The Buddy System: ask Gaians posting in support of Darkness, Water, etc. to find others who favor their element.
- Do we want to change our avatars to advertise for CRAFTI? If so, in what way?
- Any thoughts on how we find more Darkness fans?

The First Call to Council
The idea of a CRAFTI meeting was brought up and seconded. It would be quite a feat to bring everyone together at the same time, but I'd like to give it a try. At this first council, new crusaders could be named in a ceremony, even! biggrin
1. Please recommend issues to be discussed and other things for the agenda. (Taskforces, initiation for new crusaders, etc?)
2. How would it be set up? Should we arrange 2 times, so that if people can't make it to one, they can make it to the other? Do we even need to be online at the same time?

It's a grassroots effort that started with just a few of us. (I blame/credit Chavi and Rythen. ^_~) Here's my part in it. -- I'm a Wind Fan, and came to the thread concerned at the lack of Wind votes. However, after posting a few times in support of Wind, I noticed that Fire had an unusually strong lead over all the elements. (At that time, Fire was 24%.)
I took a closer look at the pro-Fire posts . . . and saw that most of them said they chose Fire because they were fascinated or hypnotized by it. This led me to conclude there was something influencing them.
For the good of Gaia, I abandoned my Wind-cheering to ask for any vote not Fire. Thus, I became a Crusader Against the Fire Trickster's Influence! Go Darkness! mrgreen -- Here is a conversation from the early days:Chavi, Knight of the West Wind Is the Fire Trickster actually someone, or is that the codename for the evil fire-loving people? Ayeali, the Mistral Knight I have not met the Fire Trickster, no. But I'm certain it exists, having seen its influence... ninja Since all Fire's lovers appear to be zombies, hypnotized by the sight of flame, I'm sure there must be some evil, brainwashing motive behind it! Thus we must band together and save our fellows from it! Er, I mean, defeat Fire in the poll. sweatdrop Chavi, Knight of the West Wind YES!!! xd : And I, too, have been attracted to flame at one point or another. A CRAFTI New Year's Resolution blaugh
1. No matter how pretty the dancing flames, I will not give in to the Fire Trickster.
2. I will try to save as many Gaians as possible from the Trickster's hypnotic influence.
3. I will post in support of our crusade AOAP (As Often As Possible).
4. No matter how long the war, I will battle the Fire Trickster until he is defeated!!!

As of now, you're the only active Fire member. However, when Fire gets more (non-Pyro) people, I'll set up a Temporary Division thread. Then Fire can go through the same process as Earth, Water, Ice, and Wind. wink
