anyone have any suggestions of what deck to build for the new type 2? You know it, Ravnica, 9th edition, and the kamigawa block. I was thinking green white red blitz or blue black green lobotomists and such. then again theres always tokens...
post deck ideas, card suggestions for certain decks, tyvm ^_^

Doesn't Ravnica become legal in type 2 on the 15th?
So technically, you wouldn't be able to put in ravnica right now.

Habuki Arcana Kuragari Doesn't Ravnica become legal in type 2 on the 15th? So technically, you wouldn't be able to put in ravnica right now.

I got three of the Ravnica recons last night. I also wanted to get the red/white one, but alas, it was sold out. ;.; Still, I obtained the others, as well as the fat pack.
After giving it some thought, I built up a tentative green/black/blue deck, though I may drop a color, pending playtesting and such. sweatdrop

I plan on trying to build a red/white control deck based around things like Searing Meditation, the red and white Hondens, Form of the Dragon. No creatures in the deck itself, so I can run stuff like Razia's Purification, Wrath of God, and Final Judgment to control the board.

I went and got myself a Boros deck that uses searing meditations and hammerfist giant for board control. And I figured I might as well opt for the obvious Jitte/Swiftblade combo. Other cards include warp world, Firemane Angel, Hunted dragon, Samurai of the Pale Curtain (pwnage against dredge), Light of sanction and Brightflame. I'm also working on a b/g deck loosely based around hells caretaker/kokusho, with dredge with token generation cards like Golgari Rot Farm to power it. Not sure about the best form of board control to use though. Might go with Savra.

My evil Dampen Thought deck just got a lot eviler with Circu (Mr. Human Lobotomy). But the question is..... will I make it U/B, keep it W/U, or make it W/U/B?
My best bet is to take out white, merge the deck with some of the U/B precon, and place in Circu and a bunch of helpful extras from the tournament pack I just bought. Man, mill decks just got a lot more deadlier with Ravnica.
Anyways, I (the patient guy I am) would probably wait until my favorite color guild gets released. (the W/B Orzhov Syndicate) But for the time being, I'd stick with U/B or B/G.
