Welcome to the Mansion Invasion RPG.

First, let me tell you the rules~

--No God-modding. If you God-mod, I WILL kick you out. I hate God-modding. >
--Cussing is allowed. I'm sure there are some of your OCs out there that have a bad cussing problem. I'm not going to hinder their characters. So, if your character is a cussing b***h...then feel free to let them show their colors.

--If for some reason things get sexual (which they shouldn't too much I don't think), let's keep it to kissing. No heavy petting or worse. This is still on gaia, and their rules apply. No cyber-type stuff!

--Livverz is in charge of reprimanding people. I don't think I'll need to, because we're all mature here, and I can't see where anyone will have problems. But if a problem arises, let me deal with it.

I think those are all the rules...if I think of anymore I'll post them...XD.

Now for a little about the RPG~

--This is a D.Gray-man RPG. That means only DGM official characters and DMG OCs. If it's not DGM, then it has no place here.

--The story is based around the discovery of the Noah Mansion by the Black Order. The Exorcists are instructed to break in and terminate the Noah. We'll see what happens...

--The RPG takes place at the time when the ark has been taken over by the Black Order, and the Science Division is studying it. All the Exorcists are currently at Home, awaiting mission dispersal, and recuperating.

How to play:

--Send a PM to -Livverz- telling her which character you want to play.

--If you're going to bail out, I encourage you NOT to say that you're going to participate. Please try to be sure you're going to play before you put your name on the list.

Posting rules:

--This is a literate, paragraph style RPG. Please please PLEASE try and keep within good grammar? I cannot stress enough how much it irritates me when people type like text talk.

example: "wut r u up 2?"

NONE OF THAT. Please use the real words? It doesn't take that much longer to type "you" instead of "u". Thank you.

The only exceptions to this rule will be if your character speaks with a kind of accent.

example, a southern accent: "Hey there ya'll. What cha'll doin' t'night?"

That's allowed if your character talks that way. But if it's not in quotes and it's not thoughts, then don't type like that.

--In the interest of making it easier for everyone to read the posts, please use the "align left" setting. It's generally easier to read posts and it puts everyone on the same level.

--You may use any font color you wish (but please don't use the same as someone else, it would get confusing). Text size is up to you, but please don't make it larger than normal, 12pt. font.

--I prefer that you use italics for thoughts. If you want to say something with an emphasis, use bold or underlined.

example: "What are you doing here?"

I think that's everything, so read the character list and the intro and PM me if you wanna play!!

It was just after noon at the Noah Mansion. The Earl was sitting in the dining room with Road. She was in a fit, frustrated at her homework.

"Miiilleenniiuummm!!" she huffed in a whiny voice. The Earl didn't hear her, as he was lost in thought, thinking of recovering his beloved Egg.

"What is it Road-sama, Lero~?" Lero asked as he floated above her head.

"This homework is too hard! I want to play!" She snagged Lero in a flash and hoisted herself onto him.

"AAAAHHHH!! LEERROO~!" Lero was squished by her rump,

"Road-saammaaa!!"

"Shush, shush now, and do your homework~" The Earl waved his hand at Road, his huge grin on.

"Hmph!" Road spurred Lero on and zoomed out of the room to go play with her toys, leaving the Earl to himself.

"Ahjeesh, Road-sama~" He mutterd a bit to himself as she flew out of the room. Not a moment later, Luluebell entered.

"Good evening, Millenium. You wanted to see me?" She asked, standing in front of him, wondering if he was going to send her to retrieve the Egg.

"Aaaah, Lulubell~" He motioned for her to take a seat, and as she did so he continued,"I'm sure you know that I want my precious Egg back from those Exorcists~ My Play has been taken into ad lib by their gaining control of it~"

Lulubell nodded, listening to the Earl's words.

"But I want to wait a little before we make the move~ Let them be lulled into a false security before we make the attack~" The Earl got up and tottered over to a window, looking out.

"You'll be making the move in another few weeks~ I'll send you with a good supply of Akuma as well as Skulls~"

"Yes, Millennium," Lulubell replied, agreeing.

"Let the Akuma kill as many as they can while you're there, but your main goal will be to retrieve my Egg~"

"Yes, Millenium."

As they continued their discussion, the Black Order Science Division was hard at work, learning all they could about the Ark and the Egg.

"We know so far that Allen is the one who can control the ark, and we know that it can transport whoever steps into it," Reever was reading notes on a chalk board, conversing with some of the other scientists.

Inside the Ark, a scientist named Sylvia Morgan was exploring with a few others. She had always been a curious young lady, and she decided to wander from the group with her clipboard in hand, taking notes.

"Sillie?? Where are you going??" One of the others called after her, but she ignored them.

She made her way down the main street, her boot heels clacking on the cobblestones. She noted the room that Kanda had apparently terminated the Noah Skin Boric in, and continued walking.

She meandered through the streets, taking notes of her surroundings, counting doors and describing what she saw.

She took a left down an alley, and thought she found herself at a dead end, until she saw there was a small door in the large stone wall at the end of the passage. There was a small glow coming from the door, like there was nothing but sunlight behind it. She thought it was better not to snoop alone like this, so she turned to leave. Unfortunately, her curiosity got the better of her as she turned to the door again and glanced around before opening it carefully.

Warm rays of sunlight immediately plunged her face into relief, her features casting shadows. She blinked, letting her eyes adjust. The first thing she spotted were rolling green lawns, laid out neatly in front of her. There was lush landscaping, not at all symmetrical, random hedges jutting out in places, with mis-matched rose bushes and other flowers. She took one step onto the lawn, and was going to continue, when she saw it.

Before her stood the largest building (besides the Order) that she had ever seen. The mansion was immense in stature, elegantly decorated, complete with pillars, balconies: the epitome of wealth. She wondered what on earth a place like that was doing in the Ark. What was this? It didn't make any sense. The rest of the Ark was filled with nothingness, all the rooms plain a void. But this room...this was different.

She got a sudden chill, catching movement in the corner of her eye. Far across the lawn, she spotted it: A level one Akuma, floating lazily along. How did it get in here? This was the Ark, and the Black Order was in control of it. How did this happen? She immediately hid herself behind a large bush, her heart hammering in her throat. She was no Exorcist. If this thing spotted her, she was done for. She pushed her glasses up her sweaty nose, her hand shaking a little in a panic. She continued to watch the level one float by.

She waited for the Akuma to float far away around the other side of the building before moving. She had to get back to the Order, and fast. They needed to know about this place, whatever it was. This was big news. BIG news. She rushed out, shutting the door back again, and bolting for the rest of the group.

As she left the strange new Room, back at the mansion, The Earl was watching out from his window. He had been watching a lazy level one float across the grounds, when he thought he saw a flourish of movement as it rounded the corner of the building. However, when he looked back at the large bush in the yard, he saw nothing. He thought it odd, but assumed it must have been another lazy level one. He decided to go have a chat with Road-sama, and maybe play a game.

Not twenty minutes later, back at the Order, the Science Division was in a titter. The word was, one of the newer recruits had discovered the Noah Mansion. This was news of epic proportions. Soon, the whole Order was in talking through the grape vine...

~OPEN~

Komui was in hysterics. A young scientist had discovered the whereabouts of the Noah Mansion. What was going to happen now? Well they had to send someone to investigate.
"AAAAYYEEEEEEEE, This is incredible!! I NEED MORE COFFEE!! LEEENNAALLEEEEE!!" He was shouting at the top of his lungs.

"Lenalee's on a mission, remember?" It was Johnny, the frizzy-haired scientist.

"Oh, yes...I forgot! Well, no matter! Call in the Exorcists!!" He commanded the meeting.

All of the Exorcists filed in one by one, muttering in small toned whispers to each other. Naturally, the news had traveled fast.

"Alright everyone, we've got BIG NEWS!" He announced.

One of the finders piped up, "Is it about the Noah Mansion?" He grinned.

"Ah--what...WHAT!? How do you know about that!?" Komui yelped.

"Uh...I think we all know...so, what's it like? Where is it? Are we going? What's happening?" The finder ran off at the mouth, and the others nodded along with him at Komui.

"Well, I-- Yes, we're going in. We're going to invade, and terminate the Noah."

All the Exorcists sat quietly, staring at each other with big eyes. They were going to invade. Kill the Noah. End the War...

"This is going to be a very dangerous mission, everyone." He looked at them all with a bit of a grave look. "We've lost many to the Noah already, and we're marching straight into enemy territory. I'm only going to assign the bravest and most dedicated Exorcists and Finders for this mission. But first, I'll ask, who would like to volunteer? This doesn't guarantee you a spot on the mission, but I want to know who's ready for the challenge."

He waited with bated breath, to see who would volunteer.

The 17 year old raver exorcist, Chloe Lockheart was lined up as soon as she was summoned by Komui, as well as the rest of the Exorcists were. She looks around and sees practically everyone who's anyone in the Order here.

She listens intently on how they found the Noah Mansion, and how they're planning on invading it, killing the Noah, and ending the war.

'Damn..it might actually be over...in just one invasion....holy s**t....' She mused in her mind, lost in her own thoughts while Komui was still talking. Sure she was only in the Order for a short amount of time, but she knew the gravity of the situation. This war has been going on for so long and it was nearly impossible to believe that it might be over in just one simple invasion.

'No..its not going to be that easy....those Noah are tough bastards...they're not going down without a fight...one helluva fight that is.'

Komui ended his speech, asking for volunteers. Her dark green eyes closed in a grin and she raises up her hand, perfectly confident.

"Count me in for this charge! I'm always up for kicking me some Noah a**!" She announces happily and hyperactively, like a child would.

Road stirred impatiently in the lounge of the mansion, waiting for anything exciting to happen. Her uncle, Tyki, sat in a rocking chair opposite her, smoking a cigarette.

"Tyki...." She said quietly, then when he didn't look up, she said her name a bit louder, "TYKI...."She whined it out again. When he still didn't look she whined the last his name out one last time, getting up from where she lay, and jumping on his lap "TTTYYYKKKKIIIIIII"

Tyki looked up at the small girl, sighing. "What is it Road...?" He sighed, putting the book he had been reading down.

"I'M BOOORREEEDDDD" She whined, wrapping her arms around his neck and shaking him around, "Entertain me!"

Tyki tried to pull her away from his throat, " Road, It's not my job to entertain you..." He sighed.

"What? But don't you want to play with me...?" She asked, giving him her big puppy dog eyes.

"No...no I don't..I just want to read my book."

Her puppy dog look soon turned into a scowl and she frowned at him, "Tyki....."

Tyki sighed, though it was hard to fight against her puppy dog eyes, it was even harder to fight against the fear her small frown gave him, "Alright....go and get a game.."

She jumped happily away from his lap and jumped up and down happily, "YAY! Thank you so much Tyki!" She said as she ran out of the room to look for one of her favorite board games to play with him.

Liv made her way downstairs to the lounge, just as Road got back with a game.

"Oh, hello Road. Playing a board game with Tyki again?" She followed Road into the lounge. "Mind if I join?"

She gave Tyki a smile and a peck on the cheek, looking at the game Road had chosen.

"Ooh, Candyland. My favorite! Come on then, let's play~" She pulled Tyki down to the floor and helped Road set up the Board and pieces.

They had left the lounge door open, and the Duke was walking past with Lulubell, speaking in hushed tones.
What's all that about..?
Liv kept paying attention to the game, not thinking much of it.

"I want the blue piece!" She grabbed the little blue plastic person and set him on the start spot.
PostPosted: Tue Dec 09, 2008 4:16 pm

Road looked back and forth from the game to the direction that the Earl had walked with Lullubell.She shrugged and went back to the game, deciding the two could probably take care of whatever it was they were working on.

"I'll take pink! And here Tyki...you can have the purple one!" She said as she placed the two pieces down beside Liv's piece.

Tyki grumbled, purple wasn't the most manliest color, then again, atleast it wasn't pink. He sighed and took out the dice rolling them to see who would play first.

Road impatiently waited for her turn to roll the dice and snatched them away as soon as they hit the board, "You got a two, my turn now!" She said happily, throwing the dice, abit violently at the board, landing a five.

"I get to go first then!" She smiled, ignoring that Liv hadn't yet thrown her dice yet.

The white haired Exorcist had been shooed in from his lunch, to listen to the news. This wasn't just a rumor... This was real!
His mind flashed with images of the past; of bouts with the Noah, and all that they had done to his fellow friends. This is- Is this the end of the war? Could it finally be?
He stepped forward after finding his voice. "I'm going Komui."
This could be a death wish to just barge in, but with more people, it may be easy...
Impossible. But a discovery like this could be just the break they needed to win this, and he couldn't just sit back and watch.
His determination flashed in his gray eyes as he stares directly Into Komui's.
PostPosted: Tue Dec 09, 2008 4:54 pm

Of course, at the mention of a mission, the more eager of the Exorcists were excited to be simply in the same room where the mission was going to be explained. Silvia, for whatever reason, was one of them. She wasn’t sure what it was, exactly, that excited her so highly about kicking a** and the slight possibility of death, but she figured it might have had something to do with her cigarette addiction. She just had an addictive personality, and feeling an innocence connection was far better than any cigarette brand she had ever tasted. There was something about the energy coursing through her body, the connection with something that was wholly hers, yet completely unfamiliar to her.

At the same time, she was at the back of the crowd nibbling lightly on her lip trying to keep her mouth from speaking before her mind. Rational took precedent in her Scientist oriented mind, and rational was telling her she was stupid for even considering it. She wanted to go, and she wanted to go bad.

But I’m a new exorcist, rational Sil argued.

Cross says I’m doing very well, adrenaline junkie Sil argued back.

He’s going to be pissed.

Or proud…

…No, just pissed.

The conversation actually continued on like that for a while—Silvia Mirabelli, possibly the only person who could have an inner battle in words with herself. It was probably from too much time in the Science Department with no one to talk to for hours on end other than metallic, silent equipment, and her own subconscious. If she ever heard the equipment talking then she would’ve had to check herself into Bedlam mightily quick, so she chose her subconscious every time. At least she wasn’t talking out loud.

“Oh to hell with it,” she stated out of the blue, rather loudly considering how she hadn’t said a word so far pertaining to the mission or neither Chloe nor Allen stepping forward. A few people around her looked at her like she was insane, but it was quite obvious by the glint in her eyes that her thoughts were far away from what people thought about her. With determined footsteps she weaved and shoved her way up to Komui’s desk, crossing her arms along her chest with a cocky smile playing along her girlish lips. “I’m so in. There’s no way I can pass this opportunity up.”

When she had first accidentally stumbled upon that door, she had been terrified of what might come out of it. Since then she had changed as a person; fear was no longer an option. If she didn't go then there was a possibility that someone else would be getting hurt in her stead, and that just wasn't going to happen. Chloe was especially a worry for her, and even though she knew the young latina woman was perfectly capable of taking care of herself, she didn't want to take the risk. "Plus, someone has to keep Chloe from doing something stupid."

A smirk replaced her cocky smile, knowing Chloe wasn't going to like that comment.

Hearing a few murmurs behind her, she twisted her neck and glared slightly, her dark brown curls bouncing with the sudden movement. “… What? I’m the one that found the damn door. I think that’s automatic entitlement, isn’t it?” It was more of a rhetorical question, noted since no one in the room seemed to want to answer it—either that or they were thinking she was nuts too.

Chloe wasn't surprised in the least that Allen had volunteered, his tone serious and he had a battle hardened look in his eyes. He was probably the only volunteer so far that was taking this seriously..besides Kanda...if he volunteered.

That was besides the point anyways, Chloe wasn't especially surprised that Silvia, or Sillie as she calls her recently, her new best friend in the Order, had also joined up on the operation. However her comments followed after her volunteer irked her a bit. She turns fully towards Sillie, puffing out her cheeks in playful anger and she straightens out her arms on her side.

"Hey! Look who's talking newbie! I only cause trouble 75% of the time!! " She retorted childishly. She didn't take any personal offense to Sillie's comment, since both girls a known to poke fun at each other ever since they met. However, her statements held some truth in them, she did cause a lot of trouble no matter where she went, in and out of the Order and during missions. She was a natural born trouble magnet, and adding the fact that she doesn't think her actions and thoughts through or ever think of the concenquences makes her a natural recipe for disaster.

Oh well, least it wasn't a dull day in the Order. Chloe had to surpress a giggle when she heard the murmurs of the other exorcists behind them, knowing Sillie didn't like that one bit.

'Hehe, that's Karma for ya Sillie~' She responded in her mind coyly.

Liv made a small huffy noises when Road didn't give her a chance at the dice. "Heeey...I didn't get to..," She trailed off on a sigh, knowing it was pointless to argue. Road was the princess here, and there was no trying to go against her. She resented Road a little bit for it, but she had Tyki, so she was content.

She watched as Road rolled the dice to move her where she would land in a chocolate mud hole. Hah... However, Road simply went one space beyond.

"What..that's not right!" She gave a grumble. When it was her turn, she rolled the dice to land in the chocolate mud hole, and was forced to endure being stuck for a turn.

Her mood was turning sour quickly, and she would be glad when the game was over. Naturally, Road was winning, Tyki close behind. So far, she was losing horribly. Just my luck...

Meanwhile, The Earl sat alone in his study, thinking things through. He had given Lulubell her orders, and they would be carried out soon. Somehow, there was still this nagging feeling. He remembered back to previous that day, when he thought he had seen movement out in the garden. I swear there was a human...

But it wasn't possible, not here. No one knew where this place was, not when he wanted it hidden. Was there something he was missing? A small detail forgotten? He didn't know, but it wasn't sitting right with him. He would call a meeting. Yes, indeed, Lulubell's mission was postponed. He wanted all the Clan home tonight. Something was stirring...

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Komui watched as several Exorcists stepped forward to accept the challenge. First was Chloe Lockheart. He knew her Innocence took form in daggers, equipment-type, and she had no General. She was a rebellious young lady, with lots of spunk. She definitely wasn't afraid, and from what he had been told, she didn't give up easily. She would be ideal for this mission. He took out a clipboard to begin taking notes on those who came forward. This would be added to their file.
Next, inevitably, Allen Walker stood up to the plate. Allen was very strong, and there was no doubt that the new form his Innocence had taken lately would be of good use. Plus, he had lots of experience with the Noah. He had fought many of them now, gained control of the ark, and his synchronization rate was as higher than ever before. He was in top form, so he would be a valuable asset. Yes, Allen would go on the trip. He jotted down some more notes on his clipboard.
Third, a bit unexpectedly, Cross' new apprentice spoke up and clawed her way through the crowd to the front. He hadn't yet learned much about Silvia. All he knew was her Innocence was recently acquired, and it was parasitic. He hadn't gotten the chance to do his usual study, because Cross had snagged her rather quickly; In more ways than one, he feared. But he would talk to Cross about that later, when he mentioned her eagerness to go on this mission. He would of course require Cross' approval, but he doubted whether Cross would deny her this opportunity. It would give her a great chance for training, and being accompanied by Allen, Komui wasn't too worried about her welfare.
Finally, after jotting his quick notes, he looked at the three and spoke up.
"Chloe Lockheart? Equipment-type. daggers? Allen Walker? Parasitic type, shard in the hand? And, Silvia Mirabelli, parasitic type...the rest as of yet unknown to me." He glanced at each of them and received their nods, giving one in return.
"Well, I think that we should have a private conference in my office if we're to truly discuss the terms of the mission." He gave them each a scrap of paper, giving a time for the conference. "My office"
He turned back to the crowd, "Well, if there's no one else..? Alright, thank you all for your time. Allen, Chloe, Silvia...I'll see you soon."
With that, Komui strode out of the Science Room, and headed for his office. The conference was set to start in an hour. He wanted to pull their files, so he rushed off to make more notes before they met him.
Allen nodded and gave a little bow to Komui as he left the room. I guess the other exorcists don't believe they can go against them...
He let out a sigh, though his eyes still held the determination.
Allen turned to look at the two other Exorcists. Chloe, and Sillie? Was that her name? He really didn't know both of them, but they were new, and that bothered him a bit.
He didn't look down upon them, or see them as weak... he was just hoping that there would be a few exorcists jointing them that know what they're up against. Allen didn't want them hurt. They both looked strong, but could they handle a Noah? He'll have to trust Komui.
"Are you sure you two are up to it...?" He looked at them both, almost worriedly. "It's going to be tough, and there's a chance we may not return."
Road rocked back and forth happily on the floor, watching Tyki take his turn, then the sound of someone clearing their throats interrupted her current happy state. Everyone turned their faces to face a small maid, being that this was the Noah Mansion, of course the maid was of the akuma race.
Road pouted at the small maid, "What do you want? We're in the middle of a game...?"
Tyki, who was partly relieved at the game being interrupted, and partly interested at what would make an akuma need to disturb one of Road's little games, "Yeah.....what's going on..?"
The small maid stuttered a bit, "W...well.....y..you see..." He voice was light and quiet.
"Hurry it up! I wanna keep playing!" Road whined a bit and layed on the floor.
"Y..Yes of course..I'm terribly sorry Miss Road...I..umm....The Master is..that is umm...he wishes to have a meeting of all the Noahtonight, or atleast..as soon as possible...." She mumbled.
Road stared at the girl, "Huh? The Duke...?" She looked to Tyki, still sprawled out on the floor, and he who was just sitting casually, "Do you think it's something important...?"
Tyki lit a cigarette to think, "I don't think he'd call a meeting if it wasn't....What do you think Liv...?" He asked, turning to her.
The mention of the word ‘newbie’ cut her to the quick—it had been a few weeks now since she started training with Cross, which was plenty of time in her opinion, and she honestly felt that being the new Exorcist lasted an eternity. She hoped that after this mission that newbie status of hers would be far passed lifted, as most Exorcists didn’t actually get to run head on with Noah this early, especially newer ones who were likely to be killed. Silvia’s Innocence, however, had turned out to be practical with its newer development of paralysis venom, and it was highly likely that she could be a help as long as she lasted.
She did give Chloe a glare, messing her hair up a little bit in the process for saying that out loud. It was true that Allen was much more serious than the two of them right now, but as far as it went seriousness was saved for the appropriate situation. When Sil knew that her life was going to be on the line, she felt it almost a sin against her own nature to be stiff and dismal about the prospect. Why not laugh and joke now while it was still okay? The two of them knew when they needed to stop screwing around and get down to business.
With a quick glance, Sil carefully folded the time and stuffed it into her pocket, going quiet for the time being as Komui inspected and dismissed them. The second he was gone, however, she turned to Chloe with a bit of a mischievous look on her face, muttering quietly “Yeah, 75% my a**.” Sil’s voice had taken almost a song-like tone to it, poking her friend in the nose. “That’s because Supervisor causes the other 25%, and considering how much trouble he makes you must put your fingers in a lot of pies they’re not supposed to be in.”
Her gaze, however, was drawn to the snowy haired young man who began questioning the two of them. He was infamous now, really—the boy who survived Tyki Mikk and whose Innocence survived being destroyed, Allen Walker. “… Yeah, I’m sure,” she glanced at Chloe wondering if her friend would reconsider her own spoken opinion, but Chloe was just as unlikely to back down as she was.
“Don’t worry on my behalf, alright?” She questioned quietly, finding the look on his face causing her to worry a little bit herself. “I might not look like much, but I have some tricks up my sleeve… Literally.” A light smile came across her, showing even in the warmth of her eyes for the moment; she was just generally a happy person and even now that would show through, and right now she wanted that look to go away.
