Hey everyone,
I was just wondering how many asians have piercings, or if your parents even let you get piercings.
My parents let me have piercings, one on each ear, and they said I can't have any more. I want to have like two holes on each ear and they said it would look sdisgusting. And I don't think it would, I just want everyone's opinions on piercings... ^.^

piercings are awesome !
i only have one piercing, one on each ear D:
i want more tho D:
i want 2 more holes on my left + cartilage, one more on my right
by dad doesnt care, but my moms like "D:"

My pure Chinese friend said that her family is like that as well, not letting any girl in their family have more than one piercing per ear due to 'tradition'. I didn't really get it other than it looks more lady-like/pleasant to only have one piercing per ear.
My mom/parents won't let me get doubles or more just because *shrugs* no idea why, she won't even let me see Sweeney Todd and I'm near sixteen! crying

i had my ear pierced after a week i was born. I want my navel to be pierce but my parents won't allow me.

I wanna get a nose piercing! biggrin But, my mum's not a fan of excessive piercings/jewelry. I used to have ear piercings (one in each ear, of course), but not the holes are all swollen up. gonk Hmmm...I could use that as an excuse to get earrings on the upper part of my ear....

I have two piercings on each ear. The second one, my friend's helped me pierced. xD
At one point when i was going through this newbie emo phase, i wanted snake bites. x__X

It's not only Asians who prefer their children to only have accepted piercings by society (aka just piercings for earrings).. even other races. o_O
Though I couldn't care less. Let people pierce their kneecaps, I still wouldn't care.

I have perice on each ear i want one more on each ear sort of and one on the top corner my ear. But my parents would kill me.

Sometimes I respect how my parents have some chinese traditions, but sometimes I just really wish they'd let me do things even if they don't like it. Like getting more piercings, dying my hair, etc...
