Who can post:
Normally, only whitelist players can post here...
... However, if a non-whitelist player is invited to an RP, she can post in that thread. heart

Topic labeling conventions:
[ORP] Open to everybody on the whitelist plus any non-whitelist players who are invited by name.
[PRP] Private RP, open only to those who are invited to play.
[PRP*] Private RP with exceptions for Setsushi/Imperial Princess Rika to come in and play NPCs.
