The office is located up two flights of stairs, above the 3rd squad barracks in the center of the squad's area. On the door is a sign that reads:
Tsukino Michiko
3rd Squad
Taichou
The office is a good size, and though formerly Tagg-taichou's office it has a bit of a brighter decor. The windows have royal blue curtains that are almost always fully drawn back. The couch that was in Michiko's previous office with a slightly darker blue is placed by this huge window. Outside of the window there's a balcony that looks out over Seireitei as well. Further into the room is a cedar desk with a pile of papers waiting on it, and a coat-rack by the door, often with Michiko's blue scarf hanging on it when she's in the office.

[enters from Squad Nine Barracks]
A quite knock came from outside Mi-chan's door as Xeion stood outside, holding a small basket full of his home-made french vanilla-filled cookies. He had come here to congratulate his friend, Mi-chan, who became a captain after Tagg-san's sudden disappearance. "Hello, is anyone inside?" He asked, knocking once again. "I come bearing cookies!"

Junichiro slowly walked up the stairs to the door where a fellow shinigami stood holding a basket of what looks, and smelled like very good cookies, this did not distract Junichiro however from his thoughts, he was still in the process of his own problems while having his very well respected captain leave at the same time, but he came here anyway to congradulate Michiko on becoming the new captain, as Michiko, he also respected highly as she had helped him achieve hois current strength.

Having just finished setting up the office Michiko stepped back a bit to look at how the room was filling out. It seemed pretty empty, but considering her furniture was from her old smaller office it was understandable. She was still a bit unnerved that Tagg-san had gone missing so suddenly as she did, but she knew she could take care of herself so wasn't all that worried.
Michiko was wearing her new haori, but had already taken the liberty of removing the sleeves so she had her arms bare as usual. Her scarf hung on the other side of the room on the little coat rack.
Hearing the knock at the door, and smiling recognizing the voice she called back, "Come on in, the door's unlocked!"

Junichiro opens the door slowly and pokes his head around the corner with a blank expression on his face a quietly mutters, ''thbere are two of us out here, is it alright I come in too? Or should I come back another time?'' Jnichiro steps to the side of the doorway as to not block the other shinigami from entering as he was clearly the only person Michiko was actually aware of as being outside.

Turning to see the open doorway Michiko motioned with her hand and answered, "Of course you can come in too Junichiro, why wouldn't you?" Flicking her bangs out of her eyes she walked across the room towards the two at the door.

Seeing the other shinigami outside Mi-chan's office with him, Xeion smiled as he recognized his face from the tournament. "Hey, I know you. You're the one Rin-chan fought against, right? I was watching the whole time. You guys were awesome!" He exclaimed the heard Mi-chan's voice, inviting him into her office. Xeion entered the room, carrying the cookies he had made for Mi-chan.
As soon as he stepped inside, he looked around and was left utterly speechless. It was really cute, like a doll house, with small furniture and a big space to play in. Looking back at Mi-chan, he childishly blushed, face glimmering with happiness, and extended his gift with a big smile. "Hey there, I made these cookies just for the new Captain! It's french vanilla with a hint of mint, just perfect for a cute taicho like you, Mi-chan!"

As Xeion came in and handed her the basket of cookies Michiko smiled, and said excitedly, "Thanks Xeion-kun, they look delicious! I only just finished bringing my stuff in here actually so sorry there's only one place to sit, um... Michiko placed the basket on the end of her desk, and reached in for a cookie, and took a bite. Eyes wide she said beaming, "These are great!"

''Rin-chan?....OH you mean Ringo, right, well thank you, I am still waiting for results on the outcome, I really hope I won, It is extremely important as I have to face Zack....'' Junichiro's expression becomes rather troubled as he gazes away for a moment before returning to focus on his surroundings. ''Anyway, congratulations Michiko-chan, I mean Michiko Taicho'', Junichiro wears a odd little smile as he bows slightly in respect, though he already respected Junichiro he expressed it further due to her increase in rank.

Blushing at the congratulations with the bow, Michiko tried to keep a straight face as she answered. She still wasn't used to being called captain. "Thank you, Junichiro-san."

Junichiro resieves word from a hell butterfly with the results of the match, not saying a word, Junichiro meerly lowers his head and turns it to hide his one revealed eye, before completely turning away to head for the door a angered, and somewhat depressed look engulfed Junichiro as he hastely walks toward's the door sending the hell butterfly away. Junichiro clenching his knuckl'es tightly, so tightly, a small drop of red formed in his right hand, ''Michiko taicho, sorry, I have to leave......I have, something to do, I guess, anyway congratulation's again.
Junichiro speaks in a oddly calm and collected tone of voice despite the atmoshpere he gave was very troubled, despite the fact he tried his best to hide this fact, the news of all his hard work leaving him with yet another loss had a very heavey tole on Junichiro. He opened the door with his left hand as to not to reveal his rage, and the marks it had left on him physically, nor did he turn to reveal his expression of rage and pain he felt from the bad new's, he simply stepped out of the office and gave a casual tilt of his left hand to symbolise a lazy wave as he left the office.
((Not exactly sure on how to spell tole but hey, i'm not in the mood to really go looking up stuff just for one word...*sigh*))

((Sorry, I kinda got...sidetracked with the Arcane plot and nearly forgot about this RP.))
"I'm glad you liked it, Mi-chan!" Xeion chirped happily, smiling at the young captain who was enjoying his french vanilla-filled cookies. Just when everything seemed to be fine, a small hell butterfly flew into the room at just about the exact same time as Junichiro. The hell butterfly had a message for Mi-chan, but since Xeion was already in the room with her, he could also hear the message.
"Michiko-taicho, the Sereitei is currently under attack by unidentified forces possessing Arcane magic. Squad 4, 6, and 12 are currently under siege from these forces and your assistance is sorely needed."
Hearing that message, Xeion's eyes widened. What concerned him most was that three of the Sereitei's most important squads were under attack. But most of all, he was concerned more about the plight of Squad 12. Squad Nine's Rider units were there as well as some of Xeion's friends and, most of all, his sister. Glancing at Mi-chan, Xeion gave out an awkward smile and smiled. "It looks like we have to 'work' again, Mi-chan." Xeion said, truning around and raising his right hand into the air.
"Mi-chan, when we're done, let's have tea and cookies together, okay?" He said, giggling as he walked out of his friend's office and closed the door behind him.

"Ah, you do? Well, thank you for stopping by Junichiro-san," Michiko said, wondering what the message he just received was about. Whatever it was seemed to have dampened his mood. Had she not had another guest she would have probably followed him out to see what was the matter, no matter how pushy it seemed.
The hell's butterfly arrived, and its message was played aloud so both her and Xeion heard it. Michiko's brows narrowed at the mention of Arcane. It had to be related to Tagg-san. Either way, 3 squads under siege was an issue upon itself. Nodding at Xeion's comment, she replied, "Yup, that's work alright. And I'll take you up on that when this is done, Xeion-kun."
Reaching for her coat rack, she snatched up her lucky blue scarf, checked her blades in their sheathes and when satisfied dashed out of her office.

Junichiro knocks on the door several times quickly, ''Michiko-Chan!? Are you in!?'' Junichiro shouted as he had a request, which to Junichiro at least was very important.

Having gotten in late the night before, Michiko had not even gone back to her room. Lying asleep on her navy blue couch, the knocking on the door awoke her with a jolt, and she landed on the ground beside the furniture she'd been on top of. "Ouch..." She winced, rubbing the back of her head. Scrambling to her feet, she then heard Junichiro calling from the other side of the door.
"Come in Junichiro, its not locked," She called out. It was probably stupid that she never locked the door, but she never wanted to get stuck in there locked in for some odd reason. She was in her uniform and haori, her blue scarf across the room on the coat rack.
