They should've moved the update/work to tomorrow when everyone had work, instead of doing it on Veteran's day like a bunch of retards. @_@

What I dont understand is , the problem is mailboxes.
There has been mailbox's since 04, and they've worked fine.

Yeah, I had a raid to get to at 3:30 and now the servers are exploded. Oh well, they'll get online eventually. I'm not sure how the mail broke, but that is a pressing enough issue to shut the servers down. Without mail the economy dies.

Change one thing, break five. Fix one thing, break 5 more. This is how coding works.

They could have changed something simple like timestamps, an NPC name, or how things are automatically mailed out. I know there was an issue with someone getting the Black War Bear every time they entered a battleground - isolated issues can also cause huge problems, since the war bear is not a common mount at the moment there is less of a group to test the mails of it with.

This is your day off. It could have been Blizzard's, too, have some sympathy. I am sure there are plenty of Blizzard employees that know veterans.
