Ingredients:
Sausage
Butter
Flour
Milk
*Seasonings (you can play with this to get the flavor you want. I use creole seasoning to make it spicey)
Cook 1 package of sausage, crumble it like hamburger. The finer the better. Once cooked until not pink add 3-4 table spoons of butter to one side of the pan. When it's melted add roughly a half a cup of flour and stir into the sausage. Just enough to lightly coat it. Slowly, while stiring, add the milk to the mixture over heat until the mixture begins to thicken. If it becomes too thick slowly add more milk until you reach the consistency you want. Once you done that add the seasonings you want until you get the desired flavor. Try a creole seasoning or some plain old seasoned salt. It helps mask some of the doughy flour taste.
Spoon over biscuits.
