The easiest pasta in the whole wide world. Italians serve it for example at midnight on a wedding, when everybody feels tired already. It wakes you up like coffee.

You need:
arrow some pre-prepared peperoncino olive oil (might be purchased or homemade)
arrow 3-4 chopped peperoncinos (or piri-piri, the small hot pepper you buy in little jars)
arrow 3 cloves garlic, chopped
arrow pasta for 4 people (see directions on the package or measure the spaghetti with your index finger touching the thumb)

1. Cook the spaghetti al dente.
2. Dry the pot and heat the olive oil (a considerable amount of it) in the pot. Put a little piece of a peperoncino inside. When sizzling, add the rest of the pepper and garlic.
3. Put the drained pasta into the pot and stir until it mixes well with the spices.
4. Serve with chopped parsley and grated parmesan.
