So, last night I had a dream in which involved a certain symbol that I can't quite name. It looked like a longer, thinner, oval shaped version of the Omega, pictures below (not the watch, XD) I am certain that it is a separate symbol. Can anyone help?

Interesting. I don't know anything about this symbol, but I might be able to help you interperet your dream.
What colors stood out to you?
Were there any sounds?
Was the symbol floating? Or was it on something, maybe a sheet of paper?
Do you remember what you dreamed before or afterwards?

An Oval like symbol? I'm not sure. Sorry

Thanks for offering, Electric Snowball--I guess I'll have to take you up on this. In increments, if you do not mind; this dream is rather long. I remembered all of my dream...except it was really long so I decided that I'd save my fingers some work and just ask about the symbol meant.
At the beginning of my dream I was getting married for the first time in the dream (over all, I get married twice XD) to this tall, balding man with small eyes that were really close together. I was wearing a really traditional wedding dress (I cannot stand traditional wedding dresses for reasons unknown). The wedding itself was in the high school that I would have went to if I had not opted to go to private school, and the floor was tan.
Anyways we were suddenly at the altar, and the priest started to play a game of trivia at the altar with my husband. o___O Random questions about random things, don't remember what they were, but they had nothing to do with the marriage. And, the priest's last trivia question was "Do you take this girl?" and he said yes. I didn't have a say in it. Anyways, my new husband and I were walking out a set of double doors, to the outside--my parents and little brother were outside (they approved of the marriage), and I was in between both of the double doors. My husband was still inside, and was throwing the symbol up in the air, and catching it in his mouth. Most of the time he would catch it, but sometimes it would clatter on the floor, and he would pick it up and start over. I am pretty sure it was made of metal, and at first I thought it was a hairpin.

Perhaps it is a horseshoe, or an upside down one? Dreams are completely sybolic and are only ever to be literally taken if the dream HAPPENS with in a few weeks. If there are certain events that involve this symbol that were in your dream that take place, then that is all the dream meant (I would still look up the symbol even if that were the case, just out of curiosity); however, if it is a symbol, horseshoes generally mean good luck, and upside down horseshoes can mean several things especially these three: bad luck, warning of future conflicts, familial protection. Now, if there was a stick or stem coming out of the bottom of this symbol, with arms and a longer oval, it might be an ankh. Look up a google image search and you will see what an ankh is. It is an egyptian symbol of eternal life, representing their beleif in life after death. It is a combination of three symbols, representing: common love, life and the god rah (also spelled ra and rae).

Interesting. Your husband might be the greek god Hephaestus. Your description matches those I have heard. Did he possibly have a lame leg? AN dhte symbol might simply be a horseshoe, since Hephaestus is the god of blacksmiths.

pakhit0125: I've seen ankh before, and I'm fairly certain that it wasn't an ankh. Thank you, though. By this point, I think that it's probably a horseshoe. By an upside down horseshoe, do you mean that the opening is facing up or down?
Electric Snowball: Wow, that really makes sense...he might have had a limp, I was too busy being disgusted with him to notice.
If the first man is Hephaestus, then maybe the other man I got married to in the dream is another god of some sort? He was tall, handsome, blue eyed and blond...he might have been blind.

I we're assuming your second dream husband was still greek, he might have been Perseus. Perseus was a mortal hero, though he was very handsome blue-eyed, and blond. Perseus wasn't blind, but that might be referring to when in his battle with Medusa, he could only look at her reflection to avoid being turned to stone. It's a bit of a stretch, though.

Well, the link's not working, but if you google it, you'll see that it looks sort of like a ladder.

The other husband might be hermes, God of the sky. And upside down horseshoe is one where the opening is facing the ground and the closed curve points toward the sky. Your Welcome! I'm a dream analyst, so if you need anything...

Can you interpret this dream, Snowy?
I once was sword fighting a mouse. He was about a head shorter than me, and his fur was light brown in the dream and he had a long, thin curving silver sword. I had a similar one. I couldn't hear anything. He fought in and out of rows of books, the covers were mostly dark red or midnight blue. I couldn't see any words. Maybe it was the product of my highly strung spastic mind, maybe not?
