Minagi sat leaned over a chair backwards looking at a recent sketch. It hadn't quite come out like she wanted it too so she was quite displeased with it. Like her mother she would stare at it for nearly a day before deciding to just ignore the fact that it even existed and go about her way with something new.

Tsuyoi poked her head around Minagi his tail flicking at the tip. "It looks nice." he said, he knew his sister didn't like the picture, but at least he was trying to cheer her up. Minagi was about the only person Tsuyoi would really sit back and talk to with no problems. Most others he would either ignore or snap at. But he knew today was one of those days that he had to be nice.

Minagi looked over her shoulder at her brother, squinting her blue eyes. "Liar." she said flatly and flipped the page and swung around on the chair to face the small park table. "It came out bad the first time, so I'll do it better the second time!" she prompted more to herself than her brother.

Tsuyou raised and eyebrow to his sister. She had a strange way of doing things, but Minagi was just Minagi as far as he was concerned.

Shizuma sat at the other side of the table his face crammed into his newest comic book. His rattler tail twitch from time to time. His long green hair had been pulled back into a herring bone braid today by Spica as an attempt to pull it out of his way. But there had been no stopping him from wearing his red cape. "GET HIM!" Shizuma yelled at his book jumping up and down.

At this both Minagi and Tsuyoi stared at their brother. This was a common occurance with him but no matter how many time he did it they would never get over how disconnected he was with reality. Shizuma swore one day he was gonna fly like Superman and save the day.

Alida led her three younger siblings into the park, and gave them leave to run free, with a reminder to be back by five so they could make it home for dinner. Then, she herself opened a thick book where she had left off earlier, sat down on a bench, and proceeded to tune out the rest of the world.

Avery was immediately off like a shot and looking for the tree he'd almost made it to the top of last time he was here, Sybil trotting gamely behind him, trying to keep up with his longer legs. Ritsu trailed back behind them, not really sure what to do on his own.

"A~ver~y!" Sybil whined, "You're going too fast!" And indeed, the little half-breed was being left behind. She was wearing a cute blue sweater and gray corduroy pants.

"You can't climb high anyway, Syb. Why don't you and Ri find something to do? I've got a watch, so I won't be late," the angel boy called over his shoulder, which even on this slightly cool day, was covered in nothing more than a t-shirt and a fleece vest. He had on a pair of long skater shorts, and a pair of leather birkenstock sandals.

At this, Sybil pouted and slowed down, waiting for Ritsu to catch up. The effeminate boy looked at her with apology written all over his face, and right into his posture.

"I'm sorry, Sybil-san. Maybe... maybe if we keept going, we'll catch up to him?" he asked, shoving his hands into his purple hoodie's front pocket. His hair was pulled back into a half-ponytail, and a long blue skirt hid all but his shoes.

Sybil cheered up at this, and pulled on his arm until he let her hold his hand. "Okay, Ri-ri. He won't make it to the top this time, either," she predicted, sounding a bit spiteful, even though she usually adored Avery.

Ahead of them, Avery hadn't made it very far, because he'd spotted what were obviously some other kinder, and ones that he hadn't met before.

"Hey!" he called, and trotted up to them, waving. He quickly introduced himself.

"My name's Avery Dai An'raileth," he said, "You're kinder, too, right?" he asked, a bright, confident smile showing on his face.

It was just then that Sybil caught sight of him and the other children, and tugged on Ritsu's hand in that direction.

Minagi looked up at the boy instantly introducing himself and blinked at him and tilted her head. She set down her sketchbook and pencil and let the shock wear off from his sudden appearance. "Minagi Hatashi..." she said blatantly thinking that she had seen Avery before somewhere a long time ago but shrugged it off, it had probably been a passing thing from when her and Spica had lived in the apartments. Not the mention there were so many kinder out there.

Tsuyoi eyes Avery warily and crossed his arms. "Hatashi, Tsuyoi." he said flatly lashing his tail and twitching his rounded ears. He knew he had promised to be nice today if they happened to meet anyone else at the park, so he was keeping his work, at least to the minimal. As far as he was concerned he was being nice!

Shizuma was forced to look up from his comic book when Avery when into his introduction. It took him a moment to realize what was going on but after a quick shake of his head he grinned and leaned over the table holding out his hand after closing his book. "Shizuma Hatashi" he said rattling his snake tail. He was pleased to see someone else. He knew Minagi on her own wouldn't really leave the table and Tsuyoi wasn't one to play Shizuma's idea of games and fun.

Minagi caught sight of the other two kinder who trailed behind Avery. "Are they with you as well?" she asked pointing to Ritsu and Sybil. Shizuma seemed to quickly take to Avery, but Shizuma was like that, he loved to be around people and chatter off about his books and shows.

Tsuyoi turned his head and focused his eyes on the approaching couple. He sneered a little, great more people...

Avery shared his grin all around, not the least put off by Tsuyoi's wary look and lashing tail. He nodded to Minagi, and finally turned his attention onto Shizuma. Now here was someone it seemed he could relate to more!

"Nice to meet all of you!" he said, shaking Shizuma's hand. "And yeah, they're with me. This is Sybil, and this is Ritsu," he said, putting a hand on Sybil head and Ritsu's shoulder in turn.

Sybil squirmed out from underneath his head, squealing a little in dismay, her own snake tail writhing a little behind her. She turned to look at the others, and brightened a little when she noticed Shizuma's tail was like her own.

"You have a snake tail, too!" she declared, sounding pleased.

Ritsu, meanwhile, simply stood there, looking painfully shy and awkward. After a little nudge from Avery's elbow, he swallowed hard.

"Ah, it's... it's very nice to meet all of you! Please forgive me for not being able to make better conversation! I'm very sorry!" he said, and bowed, his long hair falling over his shoulders to hang in front of him.

"Ah, Ri, it's okay. We're not talking about anything yet, anyway. You do better than you think," Avery said, rolling his eyes but trying to sound encouraging.

Minagi nodded to the group so similar to her own. "It's nice to meet you all!" she said completely turning her attention away from her sketchbook. It wasn't too polite of her to go back to working on anything if there were people here to play with. She eyed Ritsu and giggled a little at his apology. "Yeah, we're not even talking yet." she said tilting her head and pushing back her bangs.

Tsuyoi looked over the group with mainly disapproval, but this was just him. He didn't like new people at all so he often just kept away but today he would have to be sociable and 'nice' as his mother had put it. He nodded to the group, though he had to admit, Sybil looked as though she might be worth breaking away from his anti-socialism for a little while.

Shizuma sat back a little but still beaming. Avery had a lot of energy and he liked that. He liked that a lot, maybe this day at the park hadn't been a total waste of his time. When the girl noted their similarities in tail he looked back at his own which was wriggling back and forth behind him, the rattle giving off a small vibe. "Yeah, I guess we do!" he said turning back to Avery. "Out for a day like us I presume?" he asked.

Minagi gave Tsuyoi a small nudge from under the table to start being nice, making sure she gave no sign to the newly acquianted group that anything was going on.

Tsuyoi shot a look at his sister and gave a small smirk. Sybil did seem like a nice enough girl and her wings absolutely fascinated him. Anything with wings usually did as the house had quite a few angels, and his mother even wore a lovely set of small black wings on occasion. Not that he truly wished for them himself, they were just of great interest to him.

Ritsu looked abashed, and seemed almost ready to apologize for apologizing, but Avery quickly stepped in and cut him off before he could begin.

"Pretty much!" he said to Shizuma, as Sybil beamed about and writhed her own tail a little behind her again in response. "We live way out in the middle of nowhere, so Mom sends us in to town to make sure we don't turn into social outcasts or something," he joked. "Our older sister's over there reading or something," he added, waving vaguely in the direction they'd come from, and Alida.

Sybil had noticed Tsuyoi's curious glance, and waved to him with a cheeful little smile and a rustle of her wings behind her. Maybe she could play with him, since Avery was being so mean today?

Ritsu stood and watched the conversations progress, biting his lip a little, unsure of how to contribute to the conversation. Well, watching wasn't bad, and it would keep him from making a fool of himself, as he was so prone to doing...

Avery continued, looking curiously at what Shizuma had been reading.

"What one is that?" he asked, as he realized it was a comic book.
