Welcome to the Silent Knight, a bar on the edge of a forest on the planet of Earth. If you want the 'hustle and bustle' of the city life, though, we suggest that you head on over to the city of Chicago (which is the closest large city that this world can offer you in what used to be called "the United States of America" - Mozira [name changed in 2005 under President Yang Li]). The year is 2010 and guns [and the like] have been completely banned. If one is seen with one, he/she is taken and executed via forced drowning. Trust you me, it's been pretty bad because there have been so many people killed (without guns) due to this law. Even after three years (the law was instated on July 06, 2007), there are still riots and whatnot because it's a citizen's right to be armed, or so say so may people... Even cops are forbidden to carry guns. They've been taught how to use tasers, martial arts, smoke bombs, and even re-instated the use of swords. In the nearby city of Chicago, there have been over one hundred wounds received by cops while training or while implimenting the use of swords. There have also been twenty deaths in Chicago since the no-gun law of 2007. Aside that, let me introduce you to the little place you have come across. This is the Silent Knight. It is a tavern equipped with a bar and a hotel. The bartender is an android named Alex.  He can automatically make your drinks for you. He also can make snacks for you, as long as you can ask politely for them. Just make sure that you pay before you leave or you will have a robotic boot slamming into your back. Also, don't mention his 'hair' in a negative manner - it's a wig because androids can't grow hair. The hotel is run by Alex's "cousin", Michelle.  She can also automatically give you your room, as long as you pay beforehand. To Alex's regret, Michelle is also a huge flirt so put her down slowly or she'll hand you your intestines. [Androids can be scary when they are mad.... sweatdrop ] Also, if you want to stay alive, do not mention her 'hair' in a negative manner; it's a wig because androids can't grow hair. She's really sensitive about this because she thinks that all males (no matter the species) goes for looks and that hair is one of the most important things for an image.  There's a catch about this place, though...  The other thing you need to know is that there is a 'curse' (or so it's "explained") on the Silent Knight. No one is able to talk when they are in or near the Silent Knight. No one knows the real reason why but most agree that it is annoying. That's the reason why Alex and Michelle carry pads of paper and pens with them, so that the being they are trying to communicate with can 'speak' to them. At all the tables of the bar-section, there are pads of paper and pens. Alex restocks these every day so that they don't run out. Welcome to the Silent Knight.

Bio: he is one of the oldest vampires, he was known for his strenth and cruility..*but not with ladies*
he has lost his love 500 years ago, she was a human and he didn't want to turn her to a Vampire.."he is regreting that now"..
he is currently a single man, and he is having a long vacation to refresh himself.

a limozin car stopped, a tall man came out of it, he was wearing a dark coat and hat that his face can barely be seen.
he looked back and gestured to the driver, then the car went away.
he moved forward intering a large luxurious hotel in the end of the forest that was titled (Silent Knight).
when he entered it was a beautiful bar but unusually quiet."well it's better lie this.I hate noisy places.." he said to himself.

Mistro walked into the hotel cold and wet as it had been pouring outside. She approached the counter slowly as she got a good look of the place How interesting she thought to herself. The lady whose name she found was Michelle handed her a piece of paper and a pen. Mistro took it and thinking the lady was death and couldn't hear (she didn't know she couldn't talk) she wrote down the request she had for a room (high up in the hotel and with lots of windows) handed the paper and pen to Michelle who read it and then handed it back with the room number and price. Mistro took some money out of her pocket and counted it then handed some of it to Michelle, who took it couted it and the gave Mistro her key which read The silent knight hotel room 1001 Mistro nodded a thanks and walked away to find the stairs to put her bag and such away....

Gaian Name: Margem Character Name: Kelsey Lenson Race: Firblod ("Fire-blood" - a race that was once thought to be human but is actually more demon-like than human-like. Their appearance is human, their powers are demon-like. They live longer, but they have no demon blood in their body. They are able to fight like demons, if provoked, killing hundreds or even thousands. The fire-blood actually skips generations - every other generation so her grandfather was a Firblod {on her father's side} but her father and mother are not Firblod.) Age: 23 Original language: English Current Appearance:  Preferred Weapon: single Katana, fire blood Bio: Kelsey was born to a human mother and father. She was not born human, however. She was born Firblod. The Firblod skips generations - her grandfather was a Firblod and, after murdering his own son (Kelsey's uncle), was sentenced to life in prison. The Firblod actually showed up when she was one year old - her body temperature was temped at 90 degrees Fahrenheit (about 32 degrees Celcius). After that, her body temperature raised higher than that throughout the years, without becoming sick. She was twelve when her body temperature hit 120 degrees Fahrenheit (about 49 degrees Celcius). After that, her temperature dropped back down to 98.5 degrees F (about 37 degrees Celcius) but her blood temperature sits at 120 F/ 49 C every day. Whenever she is bleeding, her blood, therefore, can easily burn whatever it touches. Kelsey has enlisted in the Royal guard of the kingdom of Erval. For the last few years, therefore, she has been working to protect King Sean's castle. (This is 3 years before the "Forced Love" thread, but same area.) She was captured recently by another kingdom (named Kerisel), seeing that she was responsible for the death of a High Captain. The lady with her pretends to be her guard, but there's obviously more to the story - Kelsey's in chains. Their destination, if it's possible to get there, is get to the castle of Kerisel so that Kelsey may be experimented on (like the Mad Scientist's Lab) and executed. ...the Silent Knight is merely a stop in the road. After having checked into their room on the first floor, Kelsey is forced to go with Max down to the bar so that Max can get something to drink. The guard glares at Kelsey, warning her with her eyes that she should not even try to run. Kelsey nods, trying not to cry. With her hands tied and with the sedative in her blood, she cannot use her Firblod ability. Therefore, the two of them enter into the bar room and take a seat at a booth, Kelsey on the inside of the booth. After a minute, the guard sees a cute guy a few booths away. She secures Kelsey to the table, tying the chains to the table before drawing her dagger.
Her eyes told the Ervalian guard: =You move from this booth and you will die.=
Saying thus, the Kerisel guard moves over to the other booth to talk with a black haired, brown skinned human male.
Kelsey bows her head, unable to write, speak, or do anything aside cry.

Mistro saw the girl walk in and noticed the chains on her back. Mistro had come back down for a little drink wich would help her cause. She took a chair sitting not to far away from the girl in chains but Mistro made sure her back was to as many guards as possible looking very cassual about it and signalled to the girl if she needed help.

Kelsey still kept her eyes downward, not watching anything around her. There was nothing that she could say, considering the curse of the Silent Knight.

The girl lays her head down on the table as the Kerisel guard glances over at her. There is nothing she can do. Max, though, is starting to get drunk as she talks with the human male.
(vampiress45, my character would love to 'talk' to yours, but she is a bit depressed. ...so if you want to get her attention, feel free to just walk up to the booth.)

Mistro couldn't help but look over at the girl again and making her desicion she decided that she would go over and talk to her. Mistor stood up and took her glass over with her to talk to the girl. She sat on the chair across from the girl.
