Welcome to my lil' Ursari quest thread.
I'm not usually one to quest, so this is more of a little space where I can keep her info and have critique/comments before she's made into a reality. :>
More may be added later, if I feel so inclined.

Noelani Name: Noelani
Family: Aishe
Gender: Female
Stage: Apprentice
Seller of: Title: Celestial Diviner (basically a fortune teller)
Meaning, her main means of prediction involves the stars, planets, other celestial beings, etc. but she is not limited to just that. Once she gains experience (as an apprentice she's not very confident in her predictions), she will be able to predict things from vague fortunes (you will be lucky, you will find love, wealth, etc.) to weather to specific events.
Eyes: Very pale silver/light blue. Not blank, but not very defined pupils, irises, etc.
Horns: Up and outward spiraled horns with strings and star/moon trinkets dangling from them.
Hairstyle: Reference images will help a ton when they're up. Large bangs, swoop to her right with a few little curls at the end. The bulk of her hair is about mid-back length, very wavy, with some curls sticking out. Also, a little semi-curled tendril borders her face on each cheek. Her hair itself is a very deep indigo-type color, with bright white streaks in swirl shapes throughout it. Colors are still in the works~
Personality: To any onlooker, Noelani probably seems pretty scatterbrained and like she's got anxiety problems. She's quite nerdy despite her cute demeanor, her little spectacles always slipping down her nose, charts, graphs and books in her arms, under her arms, in her little side bag, tied onto her somehow, etc. To put it simply, she is obsessed with her trade. Noelani finds the art of Divination fascinating. As such, you probably won't see her around too much during the day, but more so in the early morning, evening and at night of course. Aside from her beloved soothsaying, she enjoys little trinkets (especially if they are stars and moons), and so she adorns herself in them all over.
With all of her books and charts and things, it's not unlikely to see her trip and fall and being generally clumsy, even though she really isn't~ And while she doesn't care much what others think of her, she's easily embarrassed around the other Ursari and lacks much confidence (another reason she's only really active at odd hours). Living in a caravan-type setting can make this way of life difficult, but she manages, especially just being an apprentice.
Position/Expression: I think the best thing for her would be to be pushing up her little glasses with her right index finger, with her other arm clasped around some kind of old astrology book. Definitely not smiling, her face should be somewhat nervous/sheepish looking. I'll whip up a reference for her face methinks.
