Where no light dares to tread. This takes place in the Metallix Carrier. It's a very, very dark hangar. The air seems a little dry and dusty, too. Missiles and various other weapons have been stacked up on the wall. Must be the weapons storage area. Rumors say that the Emperor himself lurks upon these floors. Those rumors also interpret that you do not want to mess with the Emperor either.

Somebody's- or something's footsteps grew near. They were not at all human, but rather, mechanical.

 When the footsteps entered her ears, her body stiffened. She was very much aware of the firearms strapped to her hips, and it took all of her resolve not to reach out and pull them out straight away.

A set of angry little green eyes made their way out of the murky darkness. They were robotic. Judging from how high the eyes were, this figure was probably decently sized. One hand was human-like, while the other one was a rather intimidating spiked mace. You wouldn't want to get skewered by that thing.
The robot didn't seem to notice Evangeline right away.

Evangeline hastily darted to one side, in the hopes of remaining as far out of sight as possible, as she stared in bewilderment at the robot. One hand finally slipped into her coat, and withdrew a gun. She clapsed it to her chest, keeping her dark eyes fixed all the time on the robot.

The robot flinched a little, after almost seeing something whisk by. It let out a low growl as it scanned the area of what caused it.

She kept perfectly still, her breathing slow, almost stopped, and prayed that she was just out of sight.

The robot did not detect anything out of the ordinary in the slow-moving background, so he simply scratched his head and carried on with his original business. He turned his back in the general direction of where Evangeline was.

Evangeline still did not move, still watching the robot. She wanted to wait until it was a safe distance before moving.

It shrugged and lumbered back into the darkness, dragging its spiked mace hand behind it also. All was calm once more.

Evangeline let out a small sigh of relief, and finally emerged out of her hiding place. The gun was still firmly in her hand, and she snuck along, trying to figure out where she was and how she got there.

The farther you went in, the chillier it seemed to get. A few broken down robots were scattered around the floor. They were those so-called 'Hedgerobos'. It was a little sad to see them battered to death lying on the floor.

As she stalked cautiously through the carrier, Evangeline pulled her open coat more tightly around her; the short top and skirt that were concealed underneath offered her little protection against the cold.

One of the broken down robots on the floor decided to turn on, but barely. It watched Evangeline. "Please dont go any f-further." It muttered.
