Righto!
Now we have a few more members and as we are a truely international group I think it's about time we had a bit of organisiation!
Who is online when? *EDIT!* Thanks Taxi Mama for suggesting that we use GMT or UTC to arrange meet ups, that way we can all convert our own time to those 2 and it'll make life much simpler!
HELP! I'm stuck! As for help with quests and such I think it'd be simpler for each of just to make a thread if we're stuck. That way clan members can see easily who needs help and post there to arrange meeting up. It just saves trawling through pages and pages of one thread. Just rememeber to include the following~
In your thread subject please post what you're stuck with (quest name or area) and which server you're using. In your thread please post a little about what you're stuck on and a rough idea of when you'll be online (use the link below to post GMT/UTC!).
Anyone want to meet up? If you just fancy meeting up and going for an explore please post in the "Meet up!" sticky. Again, please post which server you're using and a rough idea of where you'll be. That way people coming in after you will know where to go.
*edit* As Mizducky pointed out in her thread you can also post your location in the status thingie on your My Gaia Page. This will only work for clan members who are on your friendlist though.
You can contact other clan members inside the game by using the ornage chat tab inside the chat window to select "clan" or by typing /c before your message. This way you can talk to other clan members even if they're not in the same location as you. This also works between servers and also for clan members who are not in-game but have their GIM on.
If anyone has any other ideas for getting organised then please post here!
Also if anyone fancies making a basic guide to the game for us crusties who have no idea how these things work it would be greatly appreciated!

search for firefox add-ons...one very helpful is FoxClocks, that keeps timing of 3 different timezones and hour switches that may occur in each of these timezones from around the globe... it's very useful when comparing and coordinating stuff example: me: Chile: Sun 15:20, US Pacific: Sun 10:20, GMT/UTC: Sun 18:20...
this way i can easily know when to logon!

Are we posting our real timezones here too?
I think the timezone chart would be helpful (especially since Gaia time flies by so quickly! OK, I haven't looked at the link yet, but does it note the Gaia day too?)
If we so decide, I'm Pacific Time (near San Diego, CA)

Yeah, there are 4 Gaia days in one Earth day.
So if some one says "Meet at 10:30am Gaia time", that could be just after midnight, 7am, 2pm, or 9pm (my local time). I really think that we all (especially with the firefox tool) can manage to figure out the time zone differences if we want to schedule a meet.

I'm Central Time zone, and I'm usually on from 2:30 pm here to 2:30 am (not that whole time, but in and out).

Didn't know that! xp Kinda blows that idea out of the water.
I found a clock maker ooodjit that can store up to 25 time zones that I think I can show in here. *is not good at all this technology* I'll have a fiddle with it later...

Normally I can only be on weeknights for about an hour after work. But this weekend I hope to find some of you online. I'll probably be in and out depending on how laggy it gets (since I'm sure everyone and their brothers will be on), but I'll be sure to check the clan forum to see who's on what server.

I live in California, I forget what time zone that is. Right now it is 4:15 PM localy and 9:15 AM Gaia time.
As for times that I am on, it varies. Sometimes I am on in the afternoon, sometimes in the evening, and sometimes in midafternoon. Most of the time I think I am on in the evening.
