To me, going to a therapist is like getting a regular ego massage. You just talk about yourself for an hour. You should try it if you can, even if there's nothing "wrong" you learn a little bit about yourself.

But yeah, I totally echo karomon's stuff. Seeing a psychologist isn't all about figuring out all your antisocial or histrionic or paranoid or narcissitic personality disorders or whatever. It's not that it's wrong liking sailormoon or whatever, but it's just that all those series are kinda repetitive after a while sweatdrop and so everyone thinks "OH ANIME = big eyes + sparkles + crazy monsters = stereotype!!!!"
