I haven't seen a rare item pop up in months. What happened to them? Are they avoiding me? Is it my breath? Perhaps they should be renamed Impossible To Find Items.
Anyway, post your last rare item event, and what was in it if you recall.
I think my last chest contained the 10th pink face veil I've found since I joined Gaia.

I got a chest with a biker skull helmet two weeks ago and it was the first event I've seen in 6 months, minimum

I think my last rare event was sometime back in '04 when I found a black bike helmet as well. It would be nice to see some new rare items.
But I'm only on Gaia a few hours a week anymore. Perhaps it has something to do with the amount of time you're on?

It's been so long, but I don't think I've ever seen one of these rare events or found a chest. Gaia can be so mean!

last event I got was a pink link.
As for events in particular... well when Gaia has a set amount released per day and factor in the number of people registered in Gaia.... It creates a Lottery factor of FRACKUS.

I think I got a Blue Box... recently (e.i. in the past couple of months)... I don't remember what I did with it, tho... ^^;

It saddens me that people are engaging in trying to find rare items.
There are better things to be done than discuss this sort of trite, obnoxious behavior. There are so many people that don't have the opportunity to "look for rare items" let alone connect to the internet to "look for rare items." If this is the best you can do for a pertinent discussion on a cogent topic to "all you goddamn gaians suck" then I believe I have returned to a "guild" that has either lost meaning, purpose, or sight of what the ultimate point of being a dissenter in this digital society where the norm is "me me me" and the exception to the rule is human decency let alone humanity at all.
The very least that can be done is a unified ideological uprising to counter the blatant juvenile materialism and crippling antithetical movement to maturity and civil discourse.
Taunt gaians with the rare items you find and show them that not only do you own these tiems, you refuse to wear them. They are a badge of shame that will be sequestered from the gaian population to pervert the pseudosociopolitical, microcosmic economic infrastructure.
I for one have stripped myself of these constraints as a protest to the crass consumerism and gluttonous behavior that is obviously below honest homo sapiens and something that characterizes more primitive lower life-forms.
I urge you all to follow suit and wage a theological war upon the gaians that inundate this digital community with their butchering of proper English syntax and spelling and uneducated, base, uncivilized misconceptions of how the real world operates.
Isn't it a collective <******** you to these gaians that united us in the first place? Isn't it about time we wholly accepted and showed that we are truly people of ideology that know that ideology without action is nothing more than hypocrisy?
