Niko flicks a finger as she puts the last tray of food on the table, before shooing Sere and Aqua away from the food.

Aqua grins widely, gives her mother a salute, and jumps up and back, going tumbling and rolling in the grass, smiling and laughing loudly and a wave of torn grass flies into the air.

Sere rolls her eyes, and looks at her sister in disgust, before walking to a picnic table and climbing onto the bench, her legs dangling and swining underneath her as Cicero pounces on a bug delightedly, mewing cutely. After he catches the bug, he climbs up Sere's skirt and shirt, to perch on her shoulder, looking around with his big green eyes.

((I think it should be ok, I'm not sure.))

Niko looks up, and grins. "Yeah, you can just call me Niko, though." She holds out a hand. "My daughters are over there. Aqua's the one rolling in the grass, and Sere is the pouty one. Her cat's called Cicero, by the way. The little orange ball of fur." She laughs.

Aqua grins, and looks up, hearing her name. She sees her mother talking to another girl, and skips over, still grinning broadly.

Sere looks up as well, and glares at Tree and her mom. Cicero is startled by her sudden movement, and falls off of Sere's shoulder and into her lap, mewing loudly.

Tree nodded. "Yes, that's me. Pleased to meet you Keiko." She said smiling at them.

"Hiya!" Nell says brightly to Aqua. She elbows Acrasia, who looks up, and mutters something.

The two are starkly different just on first impression. Nell is smiling, her body language open and positive. Acrasia looks as though 'positive' is not a word allowed in her dictionary. Keiko looks down at them a little helplessly, and smiles weakly at Tree and Nikomas.

Tree smiles with a touch of sympathy. "Yeah those two went through that stage for a loong time." She said nodding at Darwin and Selina.
"Not that long!" Selina protested. "Anyway it's those stupid parents of mine's fault!"
"Yeah right," Darwin told her dryly. "You were a way too smart six year old when I met you, now you're a way too smart ten year old with an attitude. Isn't my siter wonderful?" He added sarcastically.

Nell laughs. Acrasia looks down at the wet hem of her pants, and scowls. "Thanks. Thank you so much. That's exactly what I needed to make this day perfect."

"Can't you just lighten up, 'Sia?" Nell asked, poking her sister.

Acrasia quirked an eyebrow, and shrugged, tounge between her teeth as she pretended to seriously think about it. "Let me think about it....Right, I've thought about it. I don't think so." She flashed a half smile.

Nell rolled her eyes.

(*can't resist joining for amusement* Besides, Rune's bunch hasn't met Aqua or Sere.)

"RASIA!" A happy yelp comes from across the grass, and Ravenbrooke's small form hurtled herself into the group, Kiko the Chocobo following closely behind. Hugging her best friend, the small risen demon frowned slightly, turning to look at Aqua. "Acrasia isn't dense at all, she's smarter than a lot of people I know. Who're you?"

"Someone who's also not dense?" Tex offered, grinning. The redheaded little demon gave Nell a hug before turning to tip his cowboy hat to Aqua and Sere. "Hullo - I'm Tex. That's my sister, Raven, and that," he pointed over his shoulder, at a werewolf cub and teenaged girl headed in their direction, "is my brother Shiran and my Mum, Rune. Nice to meet you."
