This may be just my opinion, but...the series ROCKS! my fav characters 4rom that series would have to b the Black Prince and Dustfinger.

I agree. I love Dustfinger though the movie was king of disappointing. But the books were really good. It was like a child's book for young adults. I really liked the idea and concept of reading aloud and making the story come to life. Its one of my fave books but I still have to buy the last one. 4laugh

I love these books!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Although the second one was a bit boring at first, I love how creative Cornelia has been- yes, I agree, a child's story with the words woven into a book for young adults. Plus it's a bit more exciting than a picture book.
And THANKYOU to Antea Bell, the translator. She never gets any credit for it, but the words are hers, even if the story isn't.
