I am hoping some Purkles are interested, 'cause a Purkle Clan would be awesome! I got to test drive it, and it is cute, and fun, though it was still QUITE buggy.
People with zOMG tix are playing the Beta now, and then oldbies in a few days... I am excited.. sad, but true.
I hope I get to hang out with some Purkles in zOMG!

zomg? What is it exactly? I haven't looked into it yet. I came to check out the halloween event, belatedly, and I bet my fish have died..

It looks a lot like towns without the repeated areas.
You hafta do tasks, deliver messages, avert certain disaster, and kill cute little beasties (they will beat you up if you don't get 'em right away). Just yer regular stuff.
Fighting is done with rings.. they give you powers.. the attack power I had was "hotfoot" and there are different strength levels for that and the "healing" magic rings.

I was in the Zeta group, but I never got a chance to play because I was at work or sleeping or just busy during most of the testing times. LOL I'm still looking forward to giving it a try once it's open to me again. I'm in for a Purkle Clan if someone makes one.

Those that registered in 2004 started yesterday.
2005 started today.
2006 should be tomorrow, at least that is my guess.
I'll keep an eye out for purkles! wink
I have been using the 'peelunger' server mostly.

I tried it out last night, but got stuck when it asked me to find certain map icons and I didn't know where they were, and then the server timed out and it wanted me to start all over! So, I gave up until I'm done with the Halloween event, which is more pressing.

i tried the first part of it on the train...its seems ok..but what are all these items for...the rings and scrolls....do you need to talk to everyone you see on the screen...anyone know of a little tutorial out there in gaia world for this...lol

Rings are the "weapons". They give you abilities to beat on the "animated" (bad guys). There are also rings to bring your hit points back up, make you run faster, bring friends back to life, or even make you fight faster.

is the one ring all we get at first? i ask cause from what i read in that guide you are spose to go back and talk to Dani after fighting 2 plungees and get another...but it wont let me....
