Seashore Field: Split down the middle between land and sea, this field compliments land and water type pokemon. On the west end of the field is the land section: fine grained sand gradually slopes downward to meet the salt water on the east end of the battleground. A single palm tree wavers lightly in the breeze (the stadium ceiling is open when this field is selected) while shells are scattered in random places in and on the sand. In the water half of the battleground, the water laps at the sand much like at a real beach; when it retracts it leaves behind strands of seaweed and pieces of coral. Both are found under the water, offering shelter for water-types (or those who can hold their breath for great periods of times). This field gives a 25 HP attack boost to GROUND and WATER type attacks.

Snookie floated into the stadium as he explored the arena. He went from one end to the other, 'ooo'ing and 'ahh'ing as his curiosity was being fed. Snookie had never seen or smell anything like this before.
Kayla was panting as she ran into the stadium. It was hard to keep up with the curious mew. The trainer climbed onto the platform as she scanned for the exclusive mew and spotted him floating towards the palm tree and he scanned the arena.
Smiling, Kayla can only think of how Snookie would take in a battle. Would he have a serious side to him and be all out or would it be just a game to him even if he takes some damage. They can only find out.
"Snookie..." Kayla called.
Snookie's ears picked up the call and teleported from where he was perched and reappeared in front of Kayla, above the railing. Grinning, Snookie started chattering happily as he pointed at different points of the field as he tried to explain what he found.
Kayla laughed lightly. There was never a dull moment with Snookie but it was time to get serious or as serious as Snookie can get. Kayla opened her mouth to explain what they were doing here when the door at the other end of the field burst open.
Both Kayla and Snookie was startled into waiting to see who came through that door.

Lauren walked onto the trainer platform and smiled. She liked the sound the waves made against the shore; she briefly wondered what kind of engineering that took. She shyed up again when she saw the other trainer, and smiled nervously.
Much less enthusiastically, Kiara walked along the shore, careful to stay out of the water. The luxio gaped when she saw the species of her opponent. Oh my God, a mew!

Kayla smiled at the same reaction she always got when they lay eyes on Snookie. It will never change. She thought to herself.
"Come on, Snookie! Let's go for it! Use Mud-slap!"
Snookie, thinking this was all a game of Simon-says again, he used his psychic powers to lift some wet sand off from the seashore and flung them everywhere!
"Ahhh! Not at me, Snookie!" Kayla tried to dodge from the sand balls.
Fortunately for Kayla, Snookie took heed of the human's words and aimed the mud-balls at the other side of the field. Now Kayla hopes that it hits. Quote: 1000/1000 Sorry for the delay. ^__^;;

Kiara stung from the clots of mud that pelted her fur. She shook her coat out and growled.

Snookie looked back at Kayla with a pout and sent a telepathic message to Kayla. "But you no say 'Kaya says'..."
Kayla smiled and rolled her eyes. "Alright. Kayla says use Mud-slap!"
"Yay!" Snookie started throwing more mud at Kiara/

Kiara snarled. Time to see who was top cat! Without waiting for Lauren to give a command, she used Thunder Fang.
Lauren winced. Kiara forgot to listen when she got ticked...
