Stalking about in her regalia, she was a ghostly sight at the best of times, and simply disturbing the rest of the time. But her attitude could not be faulted. Bidu spent much of her waking hours discovering new elements and plants within their home to use in healing and communing with the spirits. It was becoming apparent however that she needed some help in these tasks. Perhaps an apprentice, an underling, or even a smart native animal from the jungle which she could enslave to her uses. In one of the less dense areas of the territory, Bidu lay down in the shade, the weight of her garment starting to prey on her. But weakness was not allowed.

Ukoo was a mother now and so was getting use to it already. Being that she baby sat for Shaitani's cubs already, she was having no trouble with her three. She however, had laid them down for a nap and went off to find a kill, her stomach plagued her often now. Being that she had given birth, their lord had not drank from the little bloodling in sometime, so the scar on her neck was starting to be less visible. So on she went, like a serpent among the roots, watching for a prey animal to be near-when she spotted a rather thin rabbit-
but being she was ravanous for food, she drew herself forward and caught it, savoring it's flesh and blood slowly, her olive tail twitching. She was not aware of the white lioness, whom she never met before

Bidu became aware of movement, then scent, and finally sight, as the adolescent literally jumped into view, dead rabbit dangling from her jaws. She stood almost immediately, shifting into a defensive position but remained silent. She watched the youth, looking for signs of her being either a pride member or a possible new recruit.
"Declare yourself," she ordered calmly.

Ukoo lifted her head at the lioness's words and dropped her kill instantly, sitting down and lifting her head up, exposing her throat scar. This was a female she did not recognize but she knew that she was from the clan. She shut her red eyes and spoke.
"I am Ukoo, slave to king Moses... " She said simply, though her tone was respectful-as a slave should be. She simply sat and waited for a response, her stomach growing as she stared out of the corner of her eye-at her rabbit... and hoped her children were still quiet asleep.

At the mention of her father's name, Bidu immediately relaxed and stood at ease. She walked over slowly, inspected the scar, and, as if satisfied, nodded her head and then let the girl have some space to breathe. Bidu sat back down and continued to watch Ukoo, her tail flicking lazily behind her.
"You can resume what you were doing," she said in that haunting tone, partially weighted by that heavy skull.

She lowered her head, so her neck was no longer exposed and relaxed. Lately she had been on edge-with the cubs being so young and all. She bent low and picked up the rabbit-but decided it would be rude to leave the white lioness like that-so she crouched and began to eat it slowly. "I was going to eat here-I hope you don't mind my presence." She said politely-keeping her red eyes to her rabbit-knowing that soon she would have to return to her babies. They would soon grow hungry after the short time of her being away...
And her belly ached-she needed to nurse them again to get ride of it. She was glad to have a stomach back-and not a bit old belly. It was cumbersome and annoying to be waddling around but now she was easily losing the weight gained... "I will soon have to return to my children so I won't be here long."

Bidu let the lioness finish speaking before she replied.
"Children?" she sounded a little surprised, although is was hard to tell with that tone of voice. Perhaps she was interested...for her own purposes.
Needless to say, she was surprised as well, considering that this lioness must have been younger than herself. And to have cubs already...it wasn't frowned upon in the pride, and even encouraged, but perhaps it was just odd for Bidu as the thought of cubs had never occurred to her.

Ukoo looked up on the midst of her eatting, nodding slowly. She swallowed and rubbed her nose on her paw, sniffing her nose. "Yes, I gave birth to three children recently. They are asleep... " She would not disclose the location of them-for she was still nervous-even though their king assured her they would be fine. She tore the skin off the poor creature and began to devour its sweet flesh-ravinishgly hungry from nursing the cubs. How did her mother do it with five-she only had three little ones and they were already sapping her energy.
She sat in thought for a moment. "Two boys and one girl.... my little treasures." She said softly, looking at her paws. By far-having this cubs made Ukoo settle down alot-even after her long time being a slave. Now, she was more comfortable and at ease-where before she was nervous and jumpy. Her seer dreams were growing more and more happy-seeing her children grow-and were less and less about her past.

"You are quite blessed then. My mother went from a litter of two to a litter of five. As big sister, understandably, I had to help out when possible," she tried to be 'chatty' but it was not something she could easily pull off.
She watched the lioness devour the rabbit carcass, finding herself quite hungry all of a sudden. She would have to hunt after this little meeting.
"How long have you been a merry member of this pride?"

Ukoo had to keep herself calm enough to not seem rude and scarf the rabbit down. Being a mother-was hard hard work already. She knew she was young, but he customs of the pride-said it was okay... and now she was more adept to being in the pride-she was one of them now. She had no other home. She lifted her head and blinked her red eyes. She swallowed.
"Um... Since I was a baby... " She said, lowering her head down to start eatting again-but the converstation was to hard to pass up. "Shaitani brought me here for King Moses... My eyes attracted her greatly... My Grandmother has had many many babies... I was born along side my aunts and uncles-all the same age-mind you." She said with a small smile. "My parents have no doubt had another batch of babies..."
Little did she know, her father was gone now. "And my grandparents perhaps... but they are getting old. I wonder how many of my siblings have had children now... " She lifted her gaze to the sky for a moment.
"Forgive me... I can't seem to shut my mouth today..."

"Oh don't mind me," she said. "Every story is interesting and worth listening to, and its always nice to know where the members of the pride come from."
There was an air of a scavenger about Bidu suddenly, not so much for the dwindling rabbit, but more for information. How she had managed to miss meeting this lioness as a youngster came as quite the surprise to Bidu. But never mind, she had chance to catch up now. The comment of the eyes suddenly made her look more closely - indeed, she had beautifully vivid red eyes. Much akin to her own.
"Aaaah yes, I can see the attraction. The King has eyes very much like that...as do I. But being his daughter I can't really avoid that."

Ukoo gazed at this white lioness and thought long and hard. True, she tended to stay out of everyones way unless she was needed-but she was certain she had indeed-not seen this lioness before... then the words left her lips and Ukoo had to cough to cover her surprise.
"What? You are king moses child?" She stammered... feeling like she was blind to the world. "I never knew he had more cubs with the queen. I babysat for their current litter a few times-but never thought about their being older generations." She said looking at her feet warily. "I guess I never really thought about it... I suppose it makes sense-
-My grandparents had a few liters before my mothers... and I am sure they had more since I was born... they are ones to keep cubs around all the time... " She said, though she really didn't remember them much...

Bidu couldn't blame this lioness, and it might explain why she'd seen so little of her. She might in fact be so new to the pride to have not met herself and her sister King'Ora. They had both been adults in the eyes of the pride for a while now.
"Yes. Me and my sister were the first royals born here," she informed Ukoo. "Such a small litter, but our parents did well by us and we wanted for nothing. Least of all when the pride began to reform."
Despite Bidu maintaining a fairly calm and friendly demeanour, she enjoyed to see others squirm and this was no exception. But she wouldn't encourage it any further, she'd made her point and she wanted to know more now.
"I imagine that can be quite a hectic lifestyle. I'm not surprised you sought new pastures. How did you wander here? We are deep in this jungle."

Ukoo was surprised to hear that this lioness was sisters to Kin'Ora whom she knew to be a child of King Moses and his queen. She looked surprised even-mostly for the fact that when her seer dreams haunted her with images of Moses, she thought he was her 'meant to be' only to have her dream crushed. She was a bit thrown off to be in the presence of his child.
She sat and groomed her chest, glad that the tenderness of her neck was now absent though the clean scar from Moses was present. "I see." She said, with a smile. "Now the king and queen have another litter of cubs... you and your sister are very much the eldest... so much responsability..." She murmered.
Her ears perked and she sighed. "I was kidnapped by Shaitani-the white and red lioness, for King Moses as a gift. My blood red eyes attracted her to me and she took me as a child-so I have grown up to be a blood slave and a member of this pride..."
She smiled. "And now a mother."

"Ah yes, my brothers and sisters are quite the handful, but I wouldn't swap them now. There is something almost intoxicating about being an eldest in the family, you have so much knowledge you can impart, to shape your siblings or even your children..." she spoke softly and with passion and yet, it sounded sinister in a way.
But that phrase summed up the sole reason Bidu would ever have cubs. In a pride that encouraged harems rather than love, she sought no love, no affection. But she did seek children of her own one day to mould how she pleased.
She listened carefully.
"I see, quite an interesting life then," she said, her words slower as she thought about things. "And your children? They have a father? Are they to be blood-letters as well?"
