all jutsu suggested now MUST be non-element, and have to have a village to be put in.
try to suggest Academy-chunin skills, having the most in that order, but you can suggest any rank.

I will keep editing this list as i think of more things Name:Super Fang (The name thing had "Sugar Fang", which could have been some type of sugar poison, so i thought that would be more of a medical thing, lol) Rank: Genin (IT will require some form of chakra control.....) Chakra Points: 1100 Class:Taijutsu (It could be Ninjutsu if you added hand seals, also this could be a clan technique for dogs but idk...) description: The Ninja focuses chakra into there canine(Forgot the real name) teeth and it form much larger chakra teeth there. Very similar to Flying Swan Technique. Also, the user is not affected by the technique, so if he bites down it will not cut him.

Also, the ninja can't move, and if he absorbs to much chakra, he will be poisoned by the chakra and he wont be able to use his chakra for 5 minutes.

alright i did the math and we need a total of:
50 Academy jutsu and
60 Genin jutsu
now remember, we still have some jutsu from naruto no one has posted, so we can post those too XD
