Some people say it's phsyco, but what if it feels like it's relieving the emotional pain? sad

Even if it FEELS like you are removing the pain, your not. In the end I think your just making it worse because of the scars you have literally, and simbolically left on your self. Also, you can come to rely on cutting yourself to get that satisfaction, but doing it more, and more just makes it harder to get that same feeling you had the first time that you cut yourself. Also, people around you can be hurt emotionally if they think that they are at fault for the reason you are cutting yourself.
Finding a temproary fix for emotional pain like cutting yourself is a dark, dirty road to go down, and having spoken to people that have taken it, they say they wish they never had, and personally I know that it can make thinks worse in your life which will add to your emotional pain/stress.
I have learned through my own experiences that finding things that help keep your mind off pain (without inflicting pain or injuring you self) has more long-term effects on you, and you feel good about your self. However, since I dont really know your reasons behind your post I cant really make a very good suggestion on what you SHOULD do.
