ok guys, this is ugly ungol.... who wants to start?


gonna try to make this sorta halloweeny and maybe be able to twist it to thanksgiving?

Pheony looked up confused. She sat on the first landing in the stair well. No one ever came into the castle but her. This was her hiding place to get away from everyone and their loud noise. She looked at the entrence around the corner of the wall. In the entrence she could just make out a figure. It looked like her mother though she knew it was not by the smell. "Hello?" she whispered and she was not even sure the other had heard her quite call.

Pheony moved slowly into full view. "I did not mean to frighten you. I was simply confused as to why you are here." her voice was calm and she spoke in a whisper. Nothing about her was threating. Her ears were perked foward with cerusoity and she had her wings pulled close to her body with her tail wrapped around her front feet. "If you need to stay here that is fine. The place is not actually mine I just like to come here and be alone."

BOOM! The day was dark and wet, the lighting illuminating everything for a split second. In the flash, one could see a dark figure with ice blue markings, crimson eyes flashing warily from side to side. Jet lifted his head and sniffed at the air. He was hungry but the rain was washing away the scent of all prey. His coat was heavy with water but it had been a long time since the cold affected him. Weary from the long day, he curled down under a tree to rest. A squirrel, irked by his prescence, pelted him with nuts and Jet growled savagely before lunging for it. Sadly, the squirrel was too high and he could only mutter curses while it continued to throw the nuts. Giving up reluctantly, Jet headed towards a seemingly abandoned castle, failing to notice the others already in there because of the rain.

Shaking his thoroughly soaked fur, Jet padded in. The air in here was dusty, as if it had been a while since anyone had been here. He heard a muffled noise from somewhere below. It sounded something like a door crashing. Not really caring, he scanned the room he was in. Finding nothing of intrest, he headed upstairs. As he got higher, he could smell the recent scents of another Kitsune. Someone was living here, he noted. He would have gone back as he preffered to be alone, but the scent of food drifted towards his nostils, dancing around in warm aromas, tickling his sensations and urging him onwards. The room he found himself in was stashed with food. He looked around warily but no one was here. Well, whoever it was who owned this stash wouldn't mind a few missing morsels here and there, right? He padded around, nosing the food and eating whatever tasted good. He found a large haunch that seemed to be the freshest thing here and, taking it gingerly in his mouth, he dragged it to the corner to eat in peace.

Phe looked around very confused, someone else had just entered the castle. Everything was at a state of unrest which was understandable Phe figured since that was two in one night. "I don't believe its haunted no." Phe shook her head with a small smile. "I imagine it has been a very hard journy. If you would like to come up the stairs with me you may. If not then just follow these stairs all the way down and they should lead you to the room I am talking about." Pheony was very nervous. The castle in and of its self was not dangrous but the things that moved among the shadows within were not to be taken lightly. She gave Ungol a soft smile and headed for the staris she had come down orginaly. She figured Ungol would follow her or do as she had said and go down the stairs and not wander off. Ungol seemed to have a good head on her shoulders and would not tempt the castle at all.

Phe came to her room and quickly the smell of another filled her nose. She slipped through the door silently and looked around. "Excuse me but what are you doing?" she questioned him. Shadows flited across the wall to her left, it made her tremble with the thought of what it might actually be.

Jet flicked an ear in the general direction of the door. It sounded like the owner was coming back. He was right. He turned his head as a sleek silver and white female with rainbow patterns on her haunches came through the door, his muzzle still bloodied. Without bothering to wipe it off, he said, "Well, what does it look like? I'm eating." Turning his head back to the corner, he finished off the rest of the meat before licking a paw to clean himself. Before, he had left it alone, but the smell attracted many hunry predators, especially this time of year when it was nearing winter. He circled around so that he was facing the door and was surprised but not bothered to see the female still there. He thought about going past her to leave but he smelled another Kitsune in the shadows.

Phe laid her ears back against her head. He was VERY rude. She felt Ungol behind her and it gave her strength. "You are quite the rude one." her eyes held amusment. "Well since you have eaten my food do I at least get a name?" she raised her voice to a normal tone as she walked in the door fully. Phe was displeased with this stranger but at the same time intrested in who would walk right in and make them selves at home in her room. It amused her slightly to think that if she had left him alone he would in time be scared to death of this place. She looked over her sholder slightly. "Ungol please help yourself to anything you would like. Whats mine is yours." her voice had once again returned to its whisper.
