I like playing Purple Haze by Hendrix. I just improvise the solos though to make them a little more fun.
Also I just learned Welcome Home by Coheed + Cambria... Don't know the long-a** solo, but I know one of the guitar's parts of every part and it's pretty fun.
Also, Ziggy Stardust by David Bowie. Simple but fun.

Soothsayer by Buckethead. The main riff feels like it can hold so much emotion, and the second main is really fun.
Too bad the solo is so f-ing hard.
