A strange, unknown Illness is sweeping the local Digimon of Drive City. Innocent citizens are terrorized by roving gangs, fear and panic runs through the streets as once proud Digimon now cower in dark corners. Rumors say that Tamers have brought this sickness to the digital world, and many Digimon have banded together into Anti-human groups to drive the Tamers away and liberate their ‘brainwashed’ Digimon partners. But are Humans really to blame, or is this just propaganda created by those who stand to benefit from the chaotic state of Drive City?
One thing is clear, hundreds of Digimon are suffering, and someone needs to step forward to find the cause of this disease, and put a stop to whatever or whoever is causing it!
OOC Thread Rules:
After registration is Complete, you may use this thread for OOC (Out of Character) discussions that apply only to this Event. Try to avoid OOC conversation on unrelated topics.
Event Rules:
- 15 RPers may participate in this event, you must register in this thread in order to join the Event. If you are unable to get a spot in the top 15 you may still register, however you will not be allowed to participate unless a spot opens, either by a participant being DQed, or choosing to quit. ((See Below for Registration Form)).

- This Event will be run somewhat like a Dungeons and Dragons game. Event Coordinators for this event are given permission to force actions on participants only if doing so helps to preserve or advance the course of the plot. If you are asked by an event coordinator to undo an action you have made or if you are requested to take a specific action (such as fall unconscious and report to the Hospital thread for treatment), please do so.
- The Illness of Drive city is not limited to the local population, everyone that enters the city is eventually infected. Tamers that suffer from this mysterious sickness may find themselves unable to support Multiple Digimon at one time. You may only choose one Digimon you own to join your Tamer in this event. The rest of your Digimon should be stored on your digivice or left at the Hospital for treatment (Hospital Event thread opening soon).
- The Thread “Drive City” will be open to everyone, even non-participants. However there will be additional Drive City threads opening as they are Discovered. These threads will only be accessible to Event Participants that have earned the ability to post in these locations. Each Special location thread will list all of the Tamers who have gained access. If your name is not listed on the first post of the thread and you are caught posting there, you will first receive a warning and then you will be banned from participating in the remainder of the event.
Non-participants, are asked to not interfere with storyline related events that take place in the public Drive City Thread.
- Toward the end of the event there will be a War Boss fight. Only during this fight will event participants be allowed to use any and ALL of their Digimon with no limitations.
