Maion stood tall, his wings tucked neatly into his body, the breeze was warm considering that there was a thick blanket of snow laying soft below his feet, it stuck to the bottom of his fur as if he was coated in glue. It was cooling. The stars always looked so much more brilliant when it snowed, they peeked through the clouds and their twinkling light captured the snowflakes so that they where momentarily illuminated as the fell gracefully to the floor. This was defiantly walking weather.
Taking yet another, slight laboured, step he began the long trudge through the snow. The plants that grew in the plains where different to the rest of the land he had seen, it was flat and almost dull in appearance, with the odd weed growing happily in a desperate attempt to lap up the drizzling light from the sun. Perhaps it was a pathetic existence but the fact was that it was still the most beautiful place for the snow, equalled only by the highest of mountaintops. Grunting softly under his breath he scanned the landscape, his mind seemed relatively blank at the moment; his recent encounters had exhausted him. Finding a nice spot by a lonely tree he felt sympathy towards it and continued his trudge, as he reached it small piles of snow slipped from its waxy leaves to the ground to be lost in the blanket of white. Sitting down he scanned the surroundings again, there seemed to be no movement or footsteps other than his own, but looks could be deceiving when the snow continued to fall in this mannerisms.
Suddenly Maion felt his main start to move so moved his eye towards the movement, in the next moment Elijah popped her head out starring directly at his eye before disappearing once more. He grunted under his breath, "Silly creature."
Returning his gaze to the world around he noted every sound from the snowflakes, each one made a gentle note that individually was insignificant but as a collection they sung as strongly as an orchestra. Closing he eyes he allowed himself to drift softly into his subconscious.

This white stuff annoyed baisoon as they were very firendly with each other of its own kind. Often clumping together under her hooves, and soon it felt like she had shoes on like what those ugly creatures wore nowadays. Her little face frowned as more seem to catch themselves on her mane and tail. Trying to scrape the remaining snow off, she glared at the white fluff. At first when they started falling, they were very pretty indeed. She caught other foals sticking ou their tongue and devouring the specs. Baisoon tried but always missed the fluffs for some reason. The weather got rather chilly and Baisoon did not like as she was born at the end of summer. It was still rather warm then. Oh how quickly this place changed. How strange. Her tiny little legs shivered as the wind blew on her, ugly creatures covered themselves in a lot of things unlike during the warmer climates. Her eyes squeezed shut tightly as a bit of snow flew across and smacked aginst her face. As the filly opened them back up, something rather hard to miss, wings bigger than any shes seen and the dark parts were al visible aginst the white. The wings were somewhat blending. Her eyes scanned the stallion with four wings that attached to him. Never again had she jumped at the sight of winged ones, only because she has met already so many. For sure, all these wngs will have an impression left on her when she grows older. Her eyes caught on the tiny specs that were painted on him, was that this white fluff or was it him? Winged creatures often held many different and very interesting traits.
Baisoon walked slowly and steadily. Now a bit more older than she was before. Her legs found its strength to hold her up for whatever reason. As well she can trot somewhat. Her speed wasn't too fast but she was working on it. However, lately she couldnt with all the hard to get across white platform and the glossy slippery platform. The glossy ones seem to form over where the pond and lake and river once stood. Getting a drink was hard in this climate. Others skated across the glass river and ponds as she fell and hurt her rump multiple times attempting to. Baisoon felt lonely as she can see many having fun, laughing and making a lot of noise. She could laugh, but rarely anything would come out, however makinga lot of noise was definetly not something she could do, and that made her feel left out. A voice looked rather important for one to have, specially a filly. She did not understand the world and she would if she could only ask. A saddened expression came across her little face. Another blow at her made her fall back onto her rump. Baisoon made a small 'oof' and sat in the fluff. Flicking her tail, she coudl see it making its mark into the cold ground. So her legs still werent as strong as she wanted them to be, but at least she was growing. Her mane and tail somewhat longer than before. Baisoon looked up and her eyes fell back onto the creature resting by a tree. Her ears perked as she thought she heard the one saying something. Other senseof Baisoon were increased much more as she was unable to speak. Getting up clumsily, falling back to her rump a few more times. Baisoon snorted at the snow and finally got up, slowly she would approach the winged one and wondered what he had would interest her little mind.

Stretching his wings lazily behind him as he surveyed the surroundings, there was a lot of life here. Young foals played happily in the snow, skidding and dancing as their inquisitive minds attempted to see everything at once. It must have been exhausting for them. He allowed his memories to spill gentle forward as he recalled the first time he had ever seen snow, it was fascinating to note the similarities between each breed and their venture into the snow. Although his mother could not allow him to venture too far from the cave deep in the Mountains he played happily on the ledge, leaping playful in an effort to catch every snowflake. A soft smile pealed over his lips once more, he wished his Mother could share this year’s first snow also, yet fate had ripped her away from this world.
As he pulled his wings tightly in to his sides once more he noticed that not all of the foals seemed to be playing, there was small pretty brown mare that seemed somehow neglected by the others. Curiosity filled him, why would anyone purposefully leave another out perhaps she chose not to play. As she walked through the snow she seemed slightly discomforted by her environment, most likely a summer child.
Chuckling softly to himself he decided to see if she was ok, stepping through the snow his mighty muscles rippled with each movement as he drew closer to her. As he spoke his voice was strong yet with a gentle tone about it, "are you ok little one?"

The stallion moved his wings quite a bit before noticing her. He had approached her, and he was definetly big. With those wings, even when folded, he was big compared to her. Baisoon blinked and looked up at him. Was she ok? Yes. Nodding as she found an answer. Her little face portraying a rather dazed look at the stallion. He had a pointy thing on his head. This was totally new and not seen when she first saw him from far. Clearly it looked deadly but it also looked very pretty, even with the season changing, the sun was still out and it gave the horn a glimmer. Baisoon tilted her head and made an 'o' with her mouth. What was the horn for? Perhaps to hunt things. Baisoon took a step back and shivered as she thought about this stallion eating small forest creatures. How cruel. She slowly looked down fro his horn to his hair. It lead her eyes straight to his hooves. His hair was longer than her. She noticed on his legs there were some material wrapped to it, stained with some red here and there. The filly reached foward and sniffed it. Nothing special. This one brought many wonders into the world. If only she had the voice to ask about every trait he had on him. Closer now, she could see those specs on him werent collected balls of snow but rather painted on himself. As she was admiring him, a cold breeze rushed by and Baisoon shivered. Snorthing, one sound she could make from it, she looked at the snow and stuck her tongue out. How cold it was here. She didnt have any more layers to cover herself in. Perhaps she should head back to the teepee. Looking up at the stallion before her, Baisoon stopped shivering and her attention fell back onto the horn.
What else could it be used for? Perhaps to reach higher things like yummy fruits that hung on trees? Mmm she like apples, but there didnt seem to be any lately. Her little thoughts leading from one to another. Baisoon couldnt help but doze off. Trying to explain the wonders of the world to herself. As her vision fuzzed, she thought about how apples were red, but why did they have to be red? Why not...orange? Weird little thoughts kept popping up that Baisoon almost forgot she was standing in front of someone. The breeze had come from the side of her, and with her size and the rather slippery white stuff, Baisoon tumbled over onto her side. Which obiviously knocked her out of daydreaming. Shaking her head, now the snow were collecting on her side, Baisoon sighed and sat on her bottom. One side extreamly cold now.

Maion watched her carefully as she nodded, most foals he had meet would shout out with enthusiasm before when the relayed their answers towards her, yet she remained silent. His thoughts wandered to Moon, he had christened her Moon because she could not speak, or would not either way he was not entirely sure which. Perhaps this little one was similar to her? Smiling his nodded and lowered his head in curiosity so that his eyes where on a similar level to his own, he knew it was slightly rude yet he felt he needed to know. “I am sorry for asking little one,” he paused smiling still, “but can you speak?” It did not matter to him either way, he was happy to spend time with her, she seemed slightly secluded in her own world separate to that of the snow and the other foals that frolicked happily around them.
He watched her eyes as they surveyed him with wonder, it made him feel slightly subconscious yet he was getting used to it now, most of the individuals he had met relayed similar actions. Yet her eyes lingered several times upon his horn, he looked up slightly cross-eyed at the silvery tip that was just visible to him, lowering his eyes back towards the ground he allowed a brighter smile to peel gently across his face, “Do you like my unihorn?” He continued to smile as he explained about it, “it is believed that it possesses the power to heal minor injuries and prolong life.” Chuckling softly he watched as the snow fell to the grown like a dream.
Yet as his eyes observed her he noted that she was shivering, lifting his wings on his right side up he smiled before speaking in as gentle a tone as possible, “Would you like me to warm you up?”

Baisoon looked around at some soquilis who were playing in the fluff. Pushing each other over laughing loudly, their laughters echoing around the area. Her eyes caught something in front of her, Baisoon turned and fell back in shock. She did not see him get so close suddenly. Blinking a few times at the stallion before herself, Baisoon finally pulled her thoughts together, and herself, and back onto her hooves. Shaking her head, the snow latched onto her mane wiggled off, and flicking her little tail made snow particles fly off. Facing the dark one, she shook her head at his question. She could not talk, and soquilis were figuring it out quick. Most likely because other foals were so loud and joyful, as she was quiet. Baisoon would have used her voice just as much as any other if only she had it. Saddening on the inside, the filly looked down and sighed. The stallion had lowered himself even closer now, she pulled her little head back, and watched the horn come close with a sudden flash of light. It reflected the sun's rays and made her blink. Baisoon took a few steps back and shook her head, then she looked closely at it. Admiring with an amused expression. Nodding with a quick smile to his question. By 'unihorn'...he did mean this shiny pointy thing right? Baisoon tiltedher head and wanted to ask him whats the idea of that, but opened her mouth and found that nothing came out as much as she pushed her voice to.She can breathe fine through her mouth but when it came to speaking, when she pushed out to try and raise up that voice, the airway felt blocked up and she isnt able to speak.
The stallion had answered her question nonetheless. It can heal others and prolong life? What did prolong mean. Baisoon tried to make a good explanation for the word prolong, it had the word 'long' in it, or sounded as if it did. So The 'unihorn' had the power to long life? Baisoon looked the stallion over and guessed maybe thats why he was so big, because hes lived for quite some time now? Baisoon smiled but let it slide away as she continued to admire the one before her. Heal others...can he heal...her? Was what she had some desease and she needed healing. Baisoon reached foward and tried to speak, trying to show him that she really cant and maybe, just maybe he could help her. Can he? Smiling weakly, her little hopes raised high. Just a few minutes after many thoughts, the winged one raised one of his pure white wings and asked her if she wanted warmth. He has the power to give warmth too? This stallion was awesome. Baisoon nodded and slightly hopped over under his wing waiting for the warmth to take effect. Tilting her head to look to her side and up at him, she waited, she didnt feel any warmth. Oh how lost she was in this world.
