Lately when me and my girlfriend are having sex, i get really bad headaches. this is the only time that this happens, what could it be?

It could be a lot of things. Sex headaches aren't uncommon. They can be a sign of serious health issues, but for most people they're nothing serious. So there's no reason to panic, but you should mention it to your doctor.

but what am i supposed to say "mom, ive been having sex headaches, take me to see a doctor?" i'm terrified of telling my mom, shes usually not a very happy person and to tell her that...she doesnt even know that me and my girlfriend are still active

You don't have to tell your mother you get them during sex; you can say you get them during masturbation. I know that's still embarrassing to say to a parent, but considering how serious some of the possible causes are, I'd say it's worth it. You could even leave a note for her saying something like, "I'd like to see a doctor. I've been getting headaches during my 'special alone time,' and I'd like to make sure it's nothing serious." You can even give her the link I posted so she can read about what sex headaches can mean.
