 Boredom was never a good thing, especially when you were part kalona and your idea of fun was turning someone's world upside down on them. Nevertheless boredom had attacked Adour early that morning and had ridden the filly all day. She didn't want to hunt, she didn't want to talk to Aveshar, she didn't even want to go torment her sister Samsara again. No she needed something new.
Her mind made up she headed from the cave she shared with Aveshar without another thought. After all it wasn't like he cared where she went as long as she didn't cause him problems and she wasn't hurt...but those were thoughts for another day. Flicking the tip of her tail from side to side, much like a cats she headed off into the forest. Perhaps she could find a weak mind to bend to her will, or perhaps she would run into Psyche again. She had been beautiful and fun to talk to.
The faintly emotionally longing that accompanied that line of thought were so foreign to Adour that it actually made her pause. Was...was she really lonely? She snorted angerily at the thought. Of course she wasn't lonely!

 Kitten had started her morning out naturally, saying good morning to her daddy and having breakfast. But the quickly flipped upside down.
Now, she attempted to climb a tree, hissing and spitting at a squirrel that was just beyond her reach. It was taunting her and she hated the little bugger now. Lashing her small tail, she let out a throaty snarl, and went up about one more foot before sliding down, growling, she circled the tree, her mane standing on end and her glowing blue eyes narrowed dangerously. Damn squirrel.

"What in the world are you doing?" Adour could only stare in amazement at the other filly, her tail lashing back and forth. Perhaps she was merely insane? Cocking her head to the side, she study the tree her wings flaring faintly. " Has that rodent attacked you?"

At the sound of the voice, she whipped, not only her head, but her whole body around to see who it was in one graceful movement. but at the sight of wings, her mood changed and her growling went to purring. Crouching down in a playful position, she wagged her tail.
"Mroooowwwww."

Oh yes...this one was defiantly touched in the head. Lavander eyes narrowed faintly as she arched a brow. Well there would be no sport in trying to twist this filly's mind, apparently she was twisted enough as was. Tossing her head proudly she stared down her nose at the filly. She was rather striking at least....
"What is wrong with you?" It was a child tactless question, though there was no real cruelty behind it. Only curiosity of what made this other filly so..different.

Tilting her head to the side, she let out another 'Meow' before walking up to the other, purring. She wanted to see the wings most of all, and had to stop herself from just pouncing.
But she couldn't stop herself from rubbing her head under the filly's chin...very cat-like.

Hey eyes widened as she stood still mostly just shocked. Never before had another foal touched her, only her mother had ever touched her with anything like compassion or love... Snorting, she quickly backed away from the filly snorting as her lavender eyes narrowed.
"I do not believe I gave you permission to touch me." Her voice grew gold as her wings tightened against her back, her tail lashing angrily.

Wide-eyed as the filly backed away, she let out a pitiful 'mew' and looked at her with questioning eyes. She wasn't happy that she did that? she knew her daddy loved it when she rubbed against him. Tilting her head again, she approached, wagging her tail still and smiling. Maybe once wasn't enough?
But she heard what was said, and in response, let out a questioning "Mrowr?"

Adour shook her head, her wings shifting uneasily. "What -ARE- you?" Was she in danger from this odd female? She showed no fear of Aveshar or even the psychotic Psyche but this girl...this girl was starting to disturb her. Baring her sharp teeth she growled softly "What do you want from me..speak!"

Blinking, she purred while she thought. Obviously she had not met this filly before, and she would not know what she was. She thought she was a skinwalker, perhaps? How silly.
Smilling as she purred, she decided to use her voice, other than for meowing. "I'm a kitty named Kitten!" she said joyfully before flicking her tail and continuing to purr. She'd never know how she was able to speak (At least in this state) but she didn't mind. She got even closer to the filly and 'Rawr'd.

Adour blinked again but this time a faintly amused smile came over her face. This filly actually thought she was a cat? Well she certainly seemed harmless enough now that Adour understood what she was doing. "A kitty you say? Very will Kitten. I am Adour."
How terribly amusing...yes this was the distraction she needed! Perhaps she would even keep the young filly. Aveshar shouldn't mind as it was not a colt to try and rival him. She actually smiled then flicking her wings.

Letting out a squeal of delight at the smile, Kitten bounced around Adour happily. She loved seeing smiles, and loved it when those with wings smiled. It brightened her day a lot.
She continued bouncing until her hoof got stuck on a root and she took a tumble, smacking her head into a tree. she lay there, her eyes dazed.

Adour tossed her head in surprise staring at the prone filly. Had that silly creature really just knocked herself out? Shaking her head, Adour tucked her wings tightly against her body before slowly approaching the dark little filly, understandably wary. She would not be the first creature that Adour had seen using the wounded approach to lure prey.
Stretching her neck out she nudged Kitten's shoulder with her nose then leapt back her eyes wary. "Kitten?"

Shaking her head, she blinked a few times, her eyes becoming bright and clear again.
Looking to Adour, she tilted her head and smiled. "Yes? Is something wrong?" Her voice was even and there was no trace of any purring, meowing, or anything cat-like. Matter of fact, she had just taken a 180 degree turn back to being 'herself'
