How long had it been since my world came crashing down?
I only found more questions then answers as I frowned,
As I sought to see the world with my eyes unclouded.
But everything became shrouded.
Around me I met many a creature,
Each with their own unique feature.
Some to whom I respected,
Others to whom protected.
Some whom become my friends,
Their kindness extends,
Beyond that of most.
They are the ones who become close.
But two plague me today.
They plague me yesterday.
And the day before and after.
And thereafter.
One, a fool in it’s own right.
Such a loathsome sight.
The other a pompous git.
How in the world does this all fit?!
Oh, how long has it been since my world came crashing down?
When the fool and the git made it drown?

Ramses glared at the hill that dared to be in his way. He had recovered from his strange encounter with the "infatuated" mare fairly well but there were still small reminders of their fight. A thin scab on his foreleg was what caused him slight pain from time to time, and hills liked to bring that pain to the surface. If only the stupid wound would stop cracking open it could heal and he could be done with it.
"Isn't there anyway to get around this hill without going over it?" He grumbled to Khufu.
"I shall look M'Lord" Khufu said is his best fawning voice. He flapped his wings and climbed higher in the sky and then drifted, looking for an easier path.

A soft grey form rested in the woods nearby. Quietly she snoozed the day away without much of a care in the world. The woods were peaceful and she could rest here knowing that she'd be safe. Nothing would disturb her... Hopefully anyway.
Tucked away somewhere, buried in the earth nearby was a soiled feather colored dark blue with gold fastenings stuck to it. There the feather stood out like a failed trophy...

Khufu scouted about. To one side there were some brambles, certainly not good for his master, and to the other was a forested area. He didn't like that there were so many trees and he couldn't see the area that well but...sure the woods weren't that bad, and over the hill was pain for his Lord. He hurried back to reveal his findings.
After several seconds of thinking over Khufu's report Ramses made his decision. "Well the woods seems the lesser of two evils. And you can fly low and keep your eyes out for any danger of course. I'll be fine there." Ramses set off towards the woods, adventure on his mind. What a pleasant day it was for an adventure.

Ears softly twitched as the light crept through the leaves high above Sienna. With a silent groan the mare slowly opened one bleary eye to look up into the treetops, quietly cursing the coming of the sun. She was having such a nice nap... Often times she just wanted to get lost in her own dreams and fantasies... Cause there, there was no one stupid enough to bother her... too much anyway.
Shifting her weight slightly, Sienna closed her eyes again and returned to a soft snooze in the gentle forest.

"What a wondrous idea Lord Ramses, only one such as you could have thought of such a brilliant plan" Khufu praised. With that he set off, winging low through the trees. He had a duty, and nothing was more important than protecting his master. A disturbance in the color of the forest caught his eye. He circle about, quietly. It was the she-demon. The mare who had dared attack his master. But Ramses had acted strange with her...almost like he didn't have a grudge against her.
Ramses leisurely walked through the forest, ready to be on his way but glad for a change of scenery. He saw Khufu winging towards him, looking a little strange but he thought nothing of it.
"Shhhh" Khufu warned as he got closer, unwilling to tell Ramses why.
"Why are you being so secretive?" Ramses asked in his normal loud voice, oblivious to Khufu's warnings. And really, why on earth would Khufu actually shush him?

Again, the mare shifted her weight as she rested peacefully. However, true rest would not come to her as half of her conscious mind listened to the sound of the wind... and the restless wild. There was something that sounded vaguely familiar... but in her state of sleepy stupor her head was a bit too disoriented to clearly tell... not that she cared anyway.
Grumbling, the mare opened both of her eyes and silently snorted as the light from above melted into her eyes, dazing her...

"But m'Lord" Khufu spoke quietly, "there appear to be dangerous...creatures in this forest. It would be easier if we did not run into theses beings. I would not wish for m'Lord to be injured."
Ramses laughed at Khufu. "Yes, yes it would be a shame if my beautiful body was marred in some way, but surely there isn't any actual danger in these parts." He continued on, ignoring Khufu's warnings. Khufu tended to exaggerate where his safety was concerned anyways. Purposefully he snapped a fallen branch with his hooves. Nothing to worry about here...

There was definitely something in the air... and it was starting to annoy the grey mare quite badly. Scrunching her face into a squinting frown, Sienna shook her head trying to get the drudges of sleep out of her system. It didn't really work but at least she was somewhat more awake... barely...
With a sleepy pout, Sienna began to drag herself away from her napping spot towards some other unknown location. She really hated waking up from a nap...

Khufu's keen eyes caught sight of the gray mare moving. As a last ditch effort he attempted a different route. "Well perhaps Lord Ramses it would be better if you'd go this way..." He flew a bit in a direction away from the mare, hoping that his Lord was being reasonable.
Ramses snorted. "And go the long way about? There is no reason I shouldn't continue on my path. You're acting strange Khufu, perhaps you should take a break." He continued his crashing through the forest, oblivious that he was on a path leading to probably destruction.

Sienna was pretty sure this time around... Someone was here with her... The restless sounds in the forest supported this fact. With a disgruntled grumble, the filly meander off to the side hoping that she'd somehow avoid company... but, she had a bad feeling that this was one of those fateful cases where it could not be avoided. Still, the grey mare hoped as her robotic legs carried her off in some direction, her head still in the midst of the clouds.

In fact the, Ramses mused to himself, the day was actually quite enjoyable. He began humming to himself. The weather was wondrous, they scenery was decent, and all and all this woods seemed to be almost a worthy place for him to be.
One of Khufu's worst fears was coming true...fast. The mare was on the move...but not in a favorable direction. She wasn't on a precise collision course but she was moving closer to Ramses...and at any moment they might catch sight of one another.
Ramses caught sight of a pretty flower out of the corner of his eye. It was unusual to see one that shade of blue and it would look gorgeous on him, helping to accent his mane until he got new feathers. He wander toward it, ignoring Khufu's flailing wing gestures and upset hisses.

Ok due to rl (mainly school, ick) and Firky getting sick DDDX *beats virus* we got way behind rp wise XD Already we were behind and now our babies are all grown up. So we got on aim and began summarizing how they got together and here's the first (poorly written) chunk XD
Ramses and Sienna condensed version:
Ramses meets up with Sei in the forest. She's half asleep, he's shocked to see her but doesn't have bad feelings towards her, mainly just curiosity. Sei on the other hand is in a semi-dazed state because she has just woken up and recognizes him, but just doesn’t care enough to do anything. In fact just to not have to deal with him she even takes a pity on his condition. Of course Ramses thinks that she likes him (who doesn't) and prattles on to her for a while. Sei really just wants to go to sleep and just goes with the flow.
Ramses finally asks her why she stole his feather. Slightly annoyed Sei gives him a blank stare, rolls her eyes, and walks away in the opposite direction, hoping he’d leave her alone, and wishing to avoid the matter. Ramses thinks that she wants him to follow her and goes after her, continuing to talk. While she’s walking she begins to think that maybe she doesn’t even mind the noise the he’s making, even if she’s not too concerned with the weather or whatever it was that he felt was good for keeping hooves strong.
Ramses starts to feel tired, but presses on despite his injured leg because he’s convinced she’s interested in what he’s saying. Sienna notices him starting to become fatigued and contemplates being nice to him and stopping for him. By this time they have reached the “IT’s” beach.
They stop by the water and Ramses walks in a little way to soak his now-throbbing leg. Zuriel pops up and greets them. Here Ramses learns that her name is Sienna. Then Zuri quite innocently asks if the two of them are together. Ramses gets embarrassed because by now he has a slight crush on Sienna who has been a willing listener. Sienna on the other hand gets flustered because she realizes that she has been somewhat enjoying the company of someone she once considered to be an idiot.
