((I didn't see any rules against it, but if there ARE, let me know, and I'll move it all elsewhere. heart And of course, please noone else posting except for Masa.))
-Duchess's fingers rest carefully around Gaston's massive wrist, as she stepped backwards along the path, leading him carefully, as she peered up at the blindfold he'd obliged her to.
She wasn't quite certain if he'd really noticed that morning as they woke. The other changes had been so large, so different. Being an adult was more subtle she had supposed as she looked at herself in the mirror that morning. Her hips and chest had filled out and softened a bit more, but most of it seemed like internal changes. The way she felt, the way she walked, etc. Whether he'd noticed though?
Letting her thoughts drift back to the moment at hand, she lead him carefully further down the darkened streets of Traverse Town, before finally she stopped, lifting up to her tiptoes, before she delicately tugged the fabric from her lover's face, a happy grin touching her face. The children were gone, left with Iris to babysit, making this their first time really alone since the children's birth, and Duchess' new dress sparkled in the soft lamp light.- "Here we are dearest."

Gaston wasn't taking his usual long strides as the couple made their way careful through Traverse Town. Of course, he would never let himself be blindfolded by anyone other than Duchess, but even so, he was getting a little bit impatiant. "Are we there yet?" He enquired, like a child that was excited to get to a fun destination.
When he felt the blindfold being gently pulled away, he grinned and reached out his arms and rested them on Duchess' hips. "Now what is this suprise you wanted...to....show me..." Gaston trailed off and stood with his mouth wide open as he stared at Duchess. Her hair was longer and more beautiful than ever, her waist and her hips were shaped like a perfect hour-glass and her face looked so pretty and refined. "Wha- ...when did this happen?" Surely it couldn't of happened overnight? He thought he would notice such a change, although it may have been subtle. All he could do was look at her, up and down so fondly.

"You shouldn't let your mouth gape open like that dearest..." -The teasing and motherly chide, accompanied her apparent and bubbley joy, and with a soft purr she pushed up on her tiptoes again pressing an affectionate kiss against his lower lip.
Settling back down to her feet, she nodded a little gently, leaning into his arm as her tail flicked with delicate contentment back and forth.- "Actually it did happen last night... atleast.. I think.. Perhaps?"
-Giggling a little softly she attempted to calm his 'worries'.- "Atleast I didn't notice until this morning. That's only half the surprise though. Mother is watching the children for the day so...." -She trailed gently off in the thought nuzzling in close against him.-
"So I suppose I figured we could do something special. A night on the town perhaps?"

Slowly, he moved his hands from her hips up towards her waist, and then brought her close to him. "For once, I'm speechless..." He murmured as he leaned in for a reletively passionate kiss. "We should definatly celebrate!" With that, he gripped her waist more firmly and swung her around in the hair, laughing as he did so. After swinging her around, he cuddled her close to him, almost nuzzling her head with his own. "I love you so much..."

-Purring more with his compliment, she returned his kiss happily.
A soft squeak of surprise escaped her as he picked her up and swung her, but it quickly died into a happy giggle, as she mused happily to herself silly thoughts. It was amusing that even though his body was that of a teen, he still towered over her so, still could swing her about as if it was nothing at all. What was she to expect though? Hadn't that been how it always was? And she certainly wasn't going to argue it.
Nuzzling him gently in return, she rested her ivory arms loosely about his broad shoulders.- "And I love you so very very very much Gaston."
-Closing her eyes in a long moment of blissful silence, she finally spoke, though her words sounded more like a contented sigh.- "The plans aren't set in stone dear.. What would you like to do?
There are a couple of restaraunts along the streets.. Or we could simply wander in the moonlight if you're not hungry."

Clearly in a similar state of bliss as Duchess was, Gaston shrugged his shoulders lightly, and then took Duchess' hand in his. "A moonlit stroll sounds good..." He replied airily. 'This night is going to be perfect...' A familiar thought came to his mind. 'Maybe tonight...could be the night...' Of course he was thinking about the long over-due marriage proposal. Now, more than ever, seemed appropriate. "Lets just see where the night takes us..." He squeezed her hand lightly.

"Alright then." -She nodded gently, sending her blonde locks into a bit of a shimmery bounce before giving his hand a delicate squeeze back, falling alongside him.
The gentle breeze tugged at the lose bits of her dress, and at her hair as they walked, a sensation she would have usually revealed in, but for the moment her mind was simply on Gaston, and how wonderful he looked in the moonlight. She imagined Aria's dark hair would catch the stars and moons as well as her father's one day, and it caused another soft smile to touch her, ears flicking delicately as she rested her head against his arm.
Eyes touching the shops only momentarily as they passed them Duchess walked the unfamiliar path in serene nonchalance, not really caring where they ended up this evening, as long as Gaston was right there beside her, like always.-

Gaston always felt a higher level of contentment and joy when he was with Duchess, but now more than ever. Although the changes which had occured weren't huge, they were definatly significant. Gaston thought Duchess was perfect before, but now she was beyond perfect.
Sighing whistfully as he walked, his deep brown eyes kept catching a glimpse of Duchess. He literally couldn't take his eyes off her. Everything else around them both was just pale in comparison. He didn't care where they were heading either. "It's great of your mum to watch the kids..."

-A soft blush touched her ivory cheeks as she noticed Gaston's eyes continually wander her way. It was kind of silly, but still, it made one feel alive, and beautiful, and oh so in love.-
"I'm sure yours would do the same, if she didn't have such a load of little ones to care for still. I think mom actually misses having little ones around since Marian and I aren't around that often."

Gaston moved his free hand up to the back of his head and rubbed it, laughing a little. "I wouldn't trust Broom around the twins anyway..." He nodded. "My mum is the same as yours...I really should visit her and Seymour more often..." His eyebrow raised momentarily as he thought of his strange little brother Seymour, but the thought quickly left him as he took another look at Duchess.

"Oh I don't know..." -She trailed softly, giving him a delicate smile.- "The broom helped to raise the most wonderful person I know. He couldn't be all bad."
-Letting one of her hands shift and slide down his arm, it came to rest on the hand nearest her, settling there happily. Her mind drifted off to the children while they walked, well more to Gaston with the children. Oh how she loved this free time, so much like when they cuddled up in bed for the few hours of sleep they were granted at night. How could things possibly get better?-

He grinned. "Hey, I helped to raise him too...you know he can use a bow and arrow now? He's a great student...he just stands there taking notes..." Realising that the topic of conversation wasn't exactly 'meaningful', he decided to look around and think of something better to talk about.
He casually gazed through the windows of each shop they passed. "If you see anything you like, just let me know OK?"

-Nodding a little softly, she suddenly looked up to Gaston, a questioning glance on her face.- "Do you plan on teaching the children..?" -She didn't 'mind' of course.... but the thought of her babies getting hurt or anything like that sent a lump into her tummy.-
-As he mentioned shop, she dropped her glance momentarily again to the windows around her, pondering over what she might like. Glancing back up, almost timidly, her ears dropped just a hint, asking his permission.- "Well.. maybe.. a pretty collar or necklace of some sort? I haven't gotten a new one of those since I was little. If it's not too much."

Turning to face her, he tilted his head a little. "Well, I'd like to...they've got to lear how to defend themselves at some point..." He smiled, moving his hand over her shoulder, rubbing it lightly. "You know I wouldn't let anything happen to them though, right?" Grinning, he leaned in for a playfully kiss on the nose. "Of course, if they're too busy learning how to play your favourite instruments, I'll have to wait till they're older to teach them bow and arrow skills..."
He then moved his hand from her shoulder to round the back of her head, where he slowly stroked her neck. "Sounds good to me! I want to get you something special, to remember this night..."

-Giggling a little softly into her hand she nodded. He did have the best intentions in mind after all, as long as he didn't push too hard.- "Ohhh.. we'll see about instruments. There is the possibility that the children might not have any interest, and in that case I'm sure we can find something else for them to do. After all, mother gave up on my French lessons soon after she realized that I didn't care for them."
-Duchess purred softly with the gentle affection to her neck a look of excitement touching her eyes. It'd been so long since she'd cared to get new jelewery. Hopefully they'd find something that both she and Gaston liked.- "Alright then, next jewelry shop we see, we'll stop in." -As quickly as the words slipped out, her mind began to wander, what would Gaston have wanted had the tables been turned and had he grown first?-
