Nope. Well, if it's the red-tape movement, yes. But I'm not one for prayer.

Ehh... I dislike religion-based movements as a general rule. It excludes people who aren't of your religion. And given that it -is- a Pro-Life website, the information it has is virtually useless; You can't debate with references from a strictly Pro-Life website. A lot of it's probably true, and it's certainly interesting, but it doesn't give any references to the actual studies, which Pro-Choicers would demand.
On the other hand, the red tape movement was a great idea. :3

I think it still has a place here. We have a lot of Christians that work on building up an argument that doesn't rely on the Bible and we all know that you don't have to be a Christian of be pro-life and all that jazz. But the truth is that we still have a lot of Christians. That's just the way it is. So while it's wonderful that we are open to the alternative, we shouldn't be ashamed if we're in the mainstream... confused
But I agree that I don't really see it as an informative site for argument and debate. But I think it's great for activism. Yay Red Tape Movement.
If nothing else, it could probably go in the PL info thread. There are a lot of sites there that cater to specific groups.

Well, the problem though, is that it's specifically Christian; It calls for you to pray, love, and obey God. It's not just Christian run, it's a Christian organization. And I'm happy to have them with us, but I'd prefer to have a non-Christian specific organization.

Which, I think, is an awesome thing for pro-lifers who are Christian to join if it appeals to them.
If you believe in the power of prayer, why not? I wouldn't make it the cornerstone of any arguments because it's religious in nature, but I think it's something that can be fulfilling spiritually. To join others in prayer is a powerful experience, for me anyway, and to do it with a specific goal sounds like it would be...fulfilling. I'm too tired to think up words.
The facts are a nice bonus, if they're true. I wouldn't use the site as a reference, but they had to get them from somewhere. The pro-life movement is bigger than debating, and if identity groups want to get together within the movement, that's great.
That's a good idea Cyanna, it should be in the PL info thread.

Sorry, It is fun to hear it called that. >w<
Lou Engle would smile and Todd Bently... well, nvm, but yeah, it's awesome to know that not ONLY christians are pro-life because I mean, oh I don't feel like typing it out right now, I'm in class. -.- I don't like this class much though... Too easy, too boring...
