Can we get Yatta! up and running again? I say yes! Wally's agreed to let me take care of getting it going, but it'd be that much easier for me if I had a couple of helpers. Preferably someone with a Yatta account, but it's not essential.
Each helper would take a page of the Yatta memberlist and start PMing. There's a thread in Yatta in which people reveal who they really are, so you may have to look at that, then see via their profiles which account that person uses with the most frequency.
I can get online practically all day, at home and on my breaks at work, so I shouldn't have a lot of trouble with getting it sorted. Inevitably, we'll be losing some members, so eventually we'll be doing a "casting call" thread at some point.
If you want to be a helper, let me know and I'll PM you the letter that you'll need to send to everyone, along with your allocated memberlist page.

Well, my plan is this: PM everyone in Yatta to tell them the Guild is taking on a more active existence. If they don't want to continue with Yatta, we'll ask them if they'd be willing to donate the account to the Guild, in case someone else wants to be that character. Sans inventory, of course.
If they are, we let them clean out their desk and then change the account password, which will be changed again once it becomes someone else's property. If not, we offer to buy the account from them. I haven't decided what a fair price would be. I think I once paid 10K for an account, and there'll be a fund for people to chip into for account purchasing.
This will all be worded as a letter to send to everyone.
I need to ask Fujiko if she can make Alucard a temporary Yatta Crewmember...
