"Whoa..." Swinging in from Arkham he finally found a place he recognized... It was, different... For some reason this part of the city was in ruin. And the Bugle... It didn't seem like anyone would be inside working considering the number of broken windows and lack of power inside the building. Spider-man, holding the Catwoman at his waist decided it would be best to land on the rooftop of the Daily Bugle. "What happened...?"
Walking away from the Catwoman after landing and letting her down, he walks towards the edge of the building with his back turned. "So that was scary... Not only did I only meet a family of clowns, a guy who thinks he's a scarecrow, and oh yeah, I almost got my tuckus burnt off by Pyro in an insane asylum, but the only place I recognize is in ruin for some reason..." he said a little stressed. He then turns back to face the Catwoman. "Okay... You gotta tell me the truth... How do you know the Joker...?"

 Catwoman looked at the new addition to the city in interest while she decided what to say. She knew it would need to be the truth, but would he understand a cat that those her side at will?
"I don't know what this place is, or why it is in ruin. Same reason I don't know why a large portion of Gotham is simply gone! Something is wrong, some sort of crisis your world and mine have collided, and I'm guessing the collision wasn't smooth." That answered one of his questions, but not both. Catwoman sighed and stepped on the edge of the rooftop, ready to run if he didn't recieve the truth well.
"The Joker is a criminal in Gotham, the biggest in fact, he is person you don't want to meet on a sunny walk in the park, much less in a dark alley. He is Batman's biggest foe, something like the head of the Rogue Gallery. And I suppose, if we are naming titles in the Gallery, I would be the queen. Sometimes." She knew Ivy would argue that Gaia's Chosen was in fact the queen of the Gallery, but it was a cat thing to agree with that logic. After all, Selina was first and had earned the role. Even if she did switch sides.

"Sometimes? What do you mean sometimes?" he asked again in a stressed tone, walking up to her with his arms shrugged out. "You're telling me that you make nice with a guy who should be locked away forever, AND fight on the right side of the law?"
He was furious, but at the same time, it reminded him of another cat he knew... A cat who can get a little curious sometimes and walk a narrow path or a bumpy road depending on her mood. He was also friends with that cat and turned out to be one of his greatest allies. After saying that he gave a deep sigh as he realized his hipocracy and didn't expect an answer for that question considering he followed up with, "Look... I'm sorry if that came out as a little harsh... I'm not usually like this..."
He sat down on the edge of building next to where Catwoman was standing. "There are people out in my world who have this great power and they decide to use it for their own gain... But I've learned time and time again..." He turns his head and looks at the Catwoman in her eyes, "With great power, comes great responsibility..." He looked back out towards the city once more as the mood was silent with hopes of forgivness on both ends. "You know... For a guy named the Joker... He wasn't really all that funny... I mean, Captain Arachne? Come on..." he joked trying to lighten the mood.

She had expected the blow up, but it still hurt. It always hurt when they couldn't accept her, but she had learned to look past that. And then he surprised and moved past it faster than anyone ever had, I mean how long had it taken Batman to figure out that no matter what she was who she was and wouldn't change just because of him. But this kid, he must have learned it somehow, someone must have taught him, she would have to remember to thank whoever it was eventually.
Selina sank down beside her little spider-friend and put her head on his shoulder to show all was forgiven. She laughed lightly at his joke and poked him in the side. "Hey now, you can say whatever you want about him, just make sure he doesn't hear. He is seriously dangerous, that is why we always laugh at his jokes. It is either that or he tries to kill you and no body wants that. Except for Rosy, she is the only person I have ever seen actually enjoy nearly dying." She shook her head at her crazy "friends." "Gotham is crazy in general, sometimes I wonder why I stay there." She said it, but in the back of her mind she knew why she stayed and she also knew it wasn't very catty to think like that.
"So what about you, Web Wonder, what kind of villains do you deal with?"

Pyro walked cluelessly in the city. "This would be easier if i had a power like old Xavier." He said sighing and continueing his search. He eventually sat on a bench " Maybe if i stay in one place i'll spot someone." He said Hopeing

Giving a light smile under his mask accompanied by a little bit of blushing from the Catwoman getting closer, he hears her talk about the people she has to deal with in Gotham City. She then asks him about the villians that he has to deal with and he puts his hand on his chest and says, "Oh me? Well I don't get the chance to fight clowns like you, but I have fought the rest of the circus... If your idea of a perfect circus would be giant Rhino's, screeching Vulture's, and smart Doctor Octopus's." Smirking under his mask before he mentioned her he paused for a second and then said, "We also have a person who dressed up like a cat as well. She likes being called The Black Cat and if you're not careful, she might just sue you for copyright infringement missy!" he said jokingly to Catwoman.
Sitting there on the rooftop next to the Catwoman he just watched the city down bellow, trying to think of his next move. What could he do? He has no idea what's going on, no leads, and no idea how to restore reality the way it was before. But then he started to think of his newest friendship with this Catwoman... If reality was restored to the way it was before, would she be apart of his life anymore? He didn't want to think too deeply into it. "...Hey, that guy looks familiar..." he said pointing down towards the streets...

Catwoman whistled at his list of villains, yeah he would fit right in in Gotham. She laughed though when he told her about Black Cat. "Well, that would just be a perfect addition to this adventure, worlds mixing, Joker wanna-bes coming out my ears and a lawsuit." She shot him a sidelong glance, "How mad will she be that I borrowed you?"
She looked down at the location he pointed. "Is that a good recognition or a bad one?"

As soon as the Catwoman asked the question about borrowing him he rubbed the back of his head and said hesitantly, "Uhhh well..." He quickly changed the subject back to the mystery man down bellow. "I can't quite make it out but I think... That's someone I know... Think you can make your own way down cat? I'm gonna go up ahead to make sure it's not someone dangerous..." Spider-man then stood up forcing the Catwoman to move her head from his shoulder. He shoots a webline out and swings down bellow...
Upon reaching the street level and getting closer to the one man standing there, he finally recognized who it was... "Pyro?!" Spider-man said as his last swing made his land on the side of the building. He stuck onto it in his spider stance, only a few feet away from Pyro. "So Iceman told me he kicked your butt all up and down that asylum... But hey, no need to get all fired up about it..."

Suprised to hear Spiderman's voice, He turned to face the web head. " Well if it isn't Bug boy." He said smirking at spiderman's comment. " You see, after i beat venom jr. i didn't want to bother with Snowman so i just left." He said pointing to Spiderman " But i wouldn't mind destroying you at the moment" He said evily.

"Awe, it's nice to hear you miss me too!" he said sarcasitcally as he aimed his arm out and shot a webbing towards Pyro to try and wrap him up with webbing. "I'm just gonna guess the rest of your, brotherhood of evil mutants is around here somewhere waiting to fail again..."

"Ah, look at the boys playing warrior, how cute," Catwoman cooed as she dropped the last few feet to the ground, her whip slithering down beside her. It had taken her longer to get here, but guessing by their respective stances they were not the best of friends.
"Hope I'm not interrupting," she said, coiling her whip in her hand. "Consider me a spectator if it helps." Despite her words her eyes were trained on Pyro and she sidestepped closer to Spiderman, her alignment clear.

Pyro smirked and dodged the webbing then noticed the girl. "Well, It looks like you have a friend." He said smirking at her comment. "Just say your on his side. " He said sighing. He then shot a stream of fire at spiderman. "Now let's begin!" He said evily

"Whoa!" Spider-man jumped out of the way of the fire while shooting a webline out attaching it to a nearby lamp post. He swung around in a half circle until he eventually made the remainder of his motion heading towards Pyro with his legs extended out, intending on a cannon ball kick, "Okay looks like someone needs a time out!"
