I understand in some dreams you can see in color, in some dreams you can hear, and never some maybe even smell. This Dream gave me all those plus the sense of touch, no not the feeling of a force being applied to an object; it was that I could feel hot and cold.
In the Dream I went to a water park with a few of my friends. When entering the water I felt a slight chill. Nearing the end of the dream, I hugged my friends good bye and felt there warmth. Over all this wasn't one of my greatest dreams, all I did was walk around the park after entering the pool. So it didn't really have a strong meaning. I looked though my dream dictionary and it could really explain this phenomenon.
So I'm fairly confused, did I actually feel? Or was it my mind placing the memory of hot and cold into the dream?

There is a chance that it wasnt much of a dream more of the spiritual self leaving your body and it allowed you to feel all of that. Of course that is only a theory anyway and if that is right it wasnt much of a dream but your mind saw it as a dream because the part of your brain that is logical and limits what you do knew you were in bed so it stores it like a dream. Dreams get a lot more confusing when you pull in astral projection...

Anytime even though all of what i said was a theory its nice to have something right. I have some odd dreams that freak me out and its even more strange when i try to figure out if they are dreams or astral travel. Oh a question when you woke up did you feel anything as you woke up like a feeling of falling or floating or something along those lines.

No falling or floting. I don't wake up when I fall in my dreams I just keep falling till I land then I wake up.
