So I was playing Bioshock, not long at all. Probably about an hour and a half, maybe and hour and forty minutes. I have an intercooler. But anyways, I was playing it and was just about to save, and it froze on the loading screen. The disk doesn't have any scratches or anything on it, and it's never froze before. I could imagine if it froze if I was playing for a long time, but an hour or two isn't much. Any ideas why this happened?

American things are poorly made so you will get some kind of a problem out of it. My xbox does the same thing with used games even with new games after along time of playing.

I would have to say that its the intercooler that your using if its just the one that clips on the back because that actually does more harm then good for the 360 it cools it in some spots but then other areas get even hotter thats why i dont use a intercooler anymore plus the dam thing gets so filled with dust

Mine does that after a couple of hours on Elder Scrolls Oblivion, when I try to go back to the main screen after quitting. It also started doing it while playing the first Fable, and all my discs are in good condition. Does anyone know how to prevent this?

It's not the disks causing the problems. The ram chips on the motherboard are coming loose. It's a precursor to the RRoD.
Google search "penny trick" for an explanation and fix.
