Elf walked into the tent, after coming in before. She handed the lady a couple pages of paper with a picture paper clipped to the front.

The door seems to have been ripped off and is being held by a slightly large green monster. What are those little eyes in the darkness? Children? eek Through a hole in the door there is something red that protrudes (Figure A). Upon further scrutiny, it would be known that the photo was taken in motion. What you are really seeing is a machine. If you were to see a time frame, you would see that candy (Figure C) is being spit out, curls along the tongue and then hops to the bucket that is cuddled safely in the monster's tail.

Your eyes notice other things. First, there is a happy skull in the corner, propped up on a pedestal as if in a place of honor; not to mention on a PURPLE pedestal. You also see the spider in the corner, hanging from its web beneath one of the two porch lights, which are on to show that there is candy available Halloween night.

Then, you notice some orange-yellow gunk in the last corner (Figure B). I promise, that can be simply explained. Some of my University colleagues thought it would be funny to throw a pumpkin at ELF's house... and I've just been too lazy to clean it up.... rolleyes

As you are about to put the file back, a smaller picture falls out.
You kneel to pick it up, and you cannot help but laugh.

Lifting the flap of the tent to enter inside, Ran held with her a paper with a picture taped to it, starting toward the Gypsies at the tent with a smile. "Here's my entry." She said with a proud smile.

The picture was paper clipped to the sheet, and it showed little more than a normal door with a store bought witch that had a run-in with the door and a pumpkin. Though, on the other side of the door, one might notice amid the fog, the glowing yellow eyes of the feline persuasion.

The paper read: "The lawn, though over grown just for the occasion of the night, was thick with fog. Though no sound from a generater was heard, the air was definately thick with it. The path to the door was no thinner than the rest of the yard in it's jungle-like appearance compared to other lawns in the neighborhood. Through the mist, a pumpkin stood out as the main light source- no house lights were on to indicate that there would be any candy to give out. But surely anyone who would put so much thought into a design for their house would certainly give out candy, right? Walking to the door, you might get the feeling of being watched- the peep hole above the doorway was filled with a single eye that seemed to follow the movements of trick or treaters. Just as one would reach the door, they might hear a faint mewing. Looking downward, one might notice that at their feet a black cat would reside- one that wasn't noticed before... Perhaps the witch had drawn it there?"
