Jen picked up the phone in one hand, dialed Blu's house number and shifted Jim's sleeping weight in the other. He hoped Blu was home, since he needed to ask him when was a good time to plan a trip to the amusement park. And he needed to ask Blu if Sakura wanted to come along... it should be a great trip.
Jen glanced down at the sleeping sm infant in his arms and couldn't help but smile. They'd have to go durring the daytime. Jim was afraid of the dark.

Blu slowly walked over to the phone and looked at it for a few seconds, he never had liked phone that much. He then looked around to see if any one was near, and then started to yell for Sakura, or his mom. He looked down at the phone as it rang again, and he slowly picked it up and put it near his ear. "Hello, who is this?" He said into the phone, wondering if it had been a prank call. "Hello, are you there" He said with a confussed look on his face. He then stared at the phone for a few minutes then heard someone breating. "Hello, I know you're there now I can hear you breating" He then waited for a answer.

Jen had been trying to pick something up across the counter and hadn't been paying attention to the phone, but as Blu got slightly irritated he came back to his senses and emplyed his vocal cords.
"Blu! It's Jen. Hi, sorry I was away with the faeries there for a second." He finally managed to pick up the pen from the countertop and turned to the calender on the wall. "I was just wondering if you still wanted to go to the fair with me, I mean I realize that it was a long time ago that you mentioned it to me, but I really aprechiated it and I always thought it was a good idea." He paused. "I want to bring my new charge, and I thought maybe Sakura would enjoy a trip there as well." He looked at the calendar, "What do you say?"

Blu clamed down when he heard it was Jen. "Oh sorry about yelling in the phone in all" He said really fast while looking around to see if anyone else had heard him. "Hmm the fair, sure i'd go. Sakura has been bugging me to take her to one recently. So you can, umm chose when we go there. I'm never good at doing that sort of stuff." He said while talking the phone to his good chair.

"well .... " Jen tried to take the cap off the pen with one hand, which only succeeded in creating a projectile pen. He looked sadly across the room at the pen on the floor and turned back to the calender. "how about this weekend? Saturday or Sunday? I have a car so I can pick you and Sakura up whenever you're ready." Jim shifted in his sleep and relazed his grip a little. jen took the moment to shift him to the other side...

Blu nodded his head to the phone and picked up the tv controller to see if anything good came on at those days. " Jen, saturday seems best for me right know. And sakura allways keep tracks of all event happening at the fair, so told me last week that this saturday has a whole bunch of good stuff gonig on. I hope you're free saturday, we can catch up on things and Sakura want to talk to you for some reason."

Jen blanched for a second... "She does? well is she around? you can put her on the phone.... " He couldn't imagine why Sakura would want to talk to him but it was a good thing that she knew what was going on at the fair... that would come in handy... "And oh, before you go Saturday is great. I can pick the two of you up in my car a little early so that we can have the whole day to putter around at the fair. " He grinned... "this is going to be fun. I've been looking forward to it for so long... ever since you mentioned it so many eons ago actually."

"Well Sakura isn't home right now" He said looking around to shee is she had came home. "She gets bored fast so she reads alot on events in such." He then laughed. "It has been awhile since we had planned this trip, seeing as now I have a evil sister. She once was so sweet!" He said while trying to keep calm. "Sorry, I can't help doing that." He said with a sigh.

Jen laughed.... "Yeah. Sibblings can be both ace and the pits. Depends on the mood." He laughed again as he thought about Gus and Saty... "Ok so I'll come and get you on Saturday and then we'll head off to the fair... oh and you can meet Jim." he couldn't help but smile to himself and glance down at the little infant cradled in his arm...

"Yeah I know, ok cya then. Bye" He said then hung up the phone. He had no clue who Jim was but didn't want to ask yet. He knew he had prepar now for this and he has to talk to his mom and sister about it. So that they coulds get a little extra spening money.

and before you ken, SATURDAY MORNING rolls around... and so do the wheels on Jen's inherited sports car... *cheesy grin*
Jen threw his sun glasses up onto his head as he pulled the car up to Blu's house. with a glance to the child's seat which was strapped down beside him he saw that Jim was smiling up at him good naturedly. He grinned back and unbuckled his seatbelt, but the second he touched the door handle Jim yelled.
"NO!"
Jen sighed. "I wisnae gonnae leave you. I really wasnae!" Jim didn't say much but you usually got the message when he did. Jen leaned over and unbuckled the little orange infant and scooped him up. Jim clung to Jen's shirt and resumed his good mood. He could tell that there was something going on and that whatever it was he was going with his 'dad'.
Jen walked up to Blu's door and pressed his finger to the buzzer...

Blu walked to the door to the door and answered it,with his toast still in his mouth. He then dropped it when he had seen Jen, he then moved away from the door to let Jen in. "Hey Jen, nice to see you" he said then looked in the kitchen. "We will be ready when Sakura finishes her breakfest, I hope" He said with a small sigh since he knew how she was at times. He then looked back over to Jen. "Want anything to eat or drink?" He said while also looking at Jim.

"Ehm" Jen thought briefly... "Could I get a glass of water maybe?" Then, noticing the look on Blu's face, he turned so Blu could see the infant. "I almost forgot, this is Jim. I came across him when I was in the pebble cave. Poor little guy was already hatched out and ever since I picked him up he hasn't let me out of his sight." He laughed and made as if to put Jim down, but Jim just clung tight to Jen's shirt. "He's not really afraid I dinnae think, but I thought he could come to the fair with us... you dinnae mind do you?"

"He can come I don't mind it at all." He said slowly walking off to get Jen some water. He then grabbed a glass and filled it with water and slowly took it to Jen. "Here you go" Blu said then looked over a Jim agian. But just as he did that Sakura jumped on him. "Mom said that you have to get me sweets and plushies when we are at the fair" She said the grin, she then looked over at a smo she didn't know. She sat there for a few seconds just staring until she noticed who it was holding on to. "Woah, hello Jen I didn't see you there"

Jen smiled. "Eyob Sakura. This is Jim. He'll be coming with us to the fair today. Sweets and plushies actually sounds like an ace idea to me." He laughed and accepted the glass of water with a nod. "Cheers pal. So how are the two of you these days?"
