do the eggs hatch exactly at the end of a week, or do/can they hatch before? and about how many views and clicks do you need?

They can hatch as early as 3.5 days. It doesn't require too many, but the more you get, the earlier they hatch.

more or less, what's the lowest amount of views an egg can have for it to hatch? because my oldest one is due in about a day and it only has a 100 some views

You'll probably meed more...depending on the dragon I'd say 500-700, but I could be wrong. It depends on the ration of clicks, views, and unique view too.

Yep. There are two holes and the huge one is right before hatching.

If you are impatient, you can always spam your eggs in the chatterbox. I find you get a LOT of clicks that way and the eggs can hatch very fast there 3nodding I had a lot of help from people here and in the CB to hatch 2 of my eggs when I started getting nervous about one not getting to adulthood ^_^ so give it a shot!

They can actually hatch without any clicks (my friend's egg did this, but just barely) because it really depends on views/unique views...but clicks speed up the whole process, and it's better to have them than not. smile

In answer to part of your question, the eggs don't exactly just hatch once the week is up; they die. If your egg hasn't hatched by that time, it dies, no matter how close to hatching it is. Same with baby dragons and maturing. If it's not an adult by the end of the week, it's dead.
