I will be IMing all inactive members, those with 0 posts or who havent posted in forever, asking them to participate in the guild in some way. If they do not do so...they will be removed from the guild. Of course, once they realize that Ive removed them, they miiiiight come back...but eh that remains to be seen.
Crew members are not exempt from this. Because I know there is one who really hasnt been doing s**t, and I think they deserve a demotion at the moment. 3nodding

Eh yep, school tends to take up most everyones time...but since this is my guild after all, and I do still have plenty of free time, I have to check this guild every single day. Hehe... sweatdrop 3nodding biggrin But its awesome, Im glad to have created this guild for people. 3nodding

And yeah, as of right NOW, I will be kicking out those who havent even received the PM that I sent out AND have very few posts/very old last login date/etc., because they dont even go on Gaia for s**t anymore.
But tomorrow, is the done date for those who had a chance but didnt care...tomorrow around 3pm PST, around the same time that I sent out the PMs two days ago.

This idea occured to me a week ago but I figured that it would come up sometime, and sure enough. This is a great idea to help keep most members active. After all this is a great guild and who would(if they are DT fans) want to miss all this.
