Hello everyone! This is your new captain speaking. This will be the new announcements thread. Just wanted to explain a few things I will be emplimenting
-The old threads will be replaced with new ones. I am going to keep them up so it is easier to transfer any current RPing to the new threads.
This is how it will look

The NEW brackets will indicate the newer threads easier. Reply to any posts made in the old threads in the new threads. This shouldn't be too hard. Thank you
-Active members must repost their profiles in the new thread I create. If I find that your profile is lacking, I will PM you and ask you to change anything I find unfit. This squad will be changing around a lot compared your other captain. I will on almost every day for extended amounts of time.
-Seats will be changed around as I get to know you, so don't worry. I will promote anyone who works hard and shows that they are worth a good rank.

SEATING....AGAIN
This is the deal. I put up the seating yesterday. I will be reevaluating every week almost. If you didn't get a seat, become active and more than likely you will get a seat. Challenges can happen, but be reminded that anyone who is inactive and doesn't give me a valid reason before they become inactive will lose their seats to a more active member. If you haven't notice

We have come to an unfortunate loss...
Our Captain Iu Hana has resigned. Reasons why, is only for him to share by his choice. Let's just put it this way... He's chasing his dream.
Giving up this squad was one of the hardest sacrifices he had to make. He loved you all very much. I just needed you all to know. In the mean time... A new captain will be appointed. It will not be me. This person is one of the oldest guild RPers here. I hope you all give him a warm welcome.
I do not know his intentions toward seating but... I'll try my best so that you can keep the seats you have all worked so hard to earn.
Also, I'd like to extend my sincerest apologies to all squad members of squad 11. I haven't been active as much. I'm kinda being weighed down with college classes & high school. I hope that you all forgive me...

Hey everyone, I'm the new captain. Honestly I completely unaware of the promoted but I'm very excited about it. I hope to prove my worth as captain. I'll look over the seating but I doubt I'll make any changes. Lastly I'll be coming up with something about the seating challenge because while with Ryan we had a few problems with them. Well that's all for now.

Seating Competition Alright Me and Toshiro have been talking about it and we'll begin a seating competition on either December 14th or 15th. I wish would could do it sooner but I really need to study for finals. The rules and sign up will be posted ASAP so look for updates. Also... we'll be having a party of some kind possibly this weekend so that we can get to know each other better. I've talk to some of you already but I haven't meet all of you. Also this party will be to see actually who's active in the squad.

It would appear that, not long after the loss of our previous captain Iu Hana, we have also come to the loss of Vice Captain Hitsugaya.
Hitsugaya has resigned his post as vice captain of squad eleven and has gone to join the ranks of the Vizard.
An unfortunate loss, but we will simply have to make do without and move on.

Attention The third seat will be open to anyone from any squad. There will be a competition and the winner will win third seat. The date of the competition will be announced after my return from Las Noches.

Attention I just wanted to let everyone know that you probably won't see me (Ogato) around very much in the role play due to some personal reasons. However will still be checking in on the guild and the squad to see what's going on. I should be up to returning to role play in a few weeks so I'd say around May I should be back. Also, in May I will be going to a couple of places so if I'm not online that will be why.

WAKE UP PEOPLE!! Alright everyone I'd just like to let all active members know that once I'm done with all current training I will begin a seating tournament. If there's any last minute training needed to be completed then please let either me or Aiko know so we can get it done before we being the tournament. Since a non-squad 11 member asked about joining in on the fun I do plan to open it all shinigami. Note: Yeah I know I said we'd do this months ago but I got busy with the holidays and family so I apologize greatly.

As most of you have noticed I do not have a replacement Lieutenant yet. This is mostly because you the members of squad 11 haven't been very active and not doing squat isn't helping activity. So unless you want your character to rot in the seat they're in and not get an progress what so ever then you need to get your butt in gear pronto!
