I know, these questions get dumb, but who do you think would win? I just beat The Force Unleashed yesterday, and now I'm curious. Could Darth Vader take on a whole xenomorph hive of say, 200 aliens, by himself? Or would that be too much for him?

he would destroy them with the force. same thing would happen if it were just about evryone thats at or above jedi knight.
acid wouldnt be a problem because of what a light saber does to whatever it goes through, burns the body so you dont bleed only time ive seen a lightsaber cause the person to bleed was in a new hope

fair enough. But what if like, all the aliens came against him at once? Or maybe the alien queen?

Then he would seriously need the force.

Force push all

Force pull one

SLICESLICESLICESLICE

Reapeat.

Even if it was the alien queen. That shoulden't make a differnce. He would just need to slice more then usall.

Okay that sound unrealistic.

If they all came at him at once. He will get owned.

Better question is who would win, James Earl Jones or the Alien hive. But for the sake of the thread (!! scream ) I'd go with the xenomorphs. Though I would be curious to see if the aliens are 'weak minded' creatures.

I would see Vader as getting... uberpwned... a hive of Aliens going at him at once... yeah he's skrewed if that were to happen...

Even though this is old, I feel the need to interject as I always have on the topic of AvP vs Star Wars... The yautja and xenomorphs are two extremely intelligent, sentient beings. The Force is a force to be reckoned with, yes. But they also meet the qualifications to use it themselves. If you insert them into the Star Wars Universe, you've got creatures fully capable of using it. Insert Star Wars characters into the AvP Universe, and suddenly there's no more Force for them to use... (See: Bobba Fett does it better.)

The topic of "well, how would they learn how to use it?" often comes up when I bring this up... But allow me to point out that the yautja are an advanced enough species that if they were in the Star Wars Universe, surely they would know about it. Hell, some might even be jedis themselves. Then the xenomorphs... They just have one hell of a penchant for fast learning, so the same way as anybody else. Except probably a lot faster.

If we get into the expanded Universe, then they've already got a very powerful sort of psychic presence about them and can already manipulate the minds of the mentally unstable. With those capabilities already present, a bit of the Force could probably be brought a long way fast.

I thought it's more if the two universes were the same, rather than some people getting shoved in the other universe... So if jedi existed in the AVP universe, but in the famous galaxy far far away...

If that were the case, the same principles stand. The only way to really explain that would be to say that away from that galaxy the Force doesn't exist, making it so either you've got creatures going in who would be able to manipulate it... Or got Force users going somewhere where their powers wouldn't work. The worst enemies the jedi had in that expanded Universe were a race of reptoids who were detached from the Force, making it basically useless against them.

Depending on the expanded AvP Universe you went with, though... Most wouldn't allow the "just different galaxies" explanation anyway. The older comics and novels actually hint at the idea the xenomorphs may have been created to serve a specific divine purpose, to act as the angels of destruction and restore balance to the Universe when a species advances too far. Basically... All the Star Wars races have advanced too far for that so...

but u have to remember the force can affect a large area like force push will push anything in a sorta cone shaped area and in a cave would cruch 30-50 at a time, another good weapon would b force speed and lightning; u cant hit something if u cant catch it and with force lightning (if u ever played Knights of the old republic) can zap a good number of people when fully trained to its peak.

It would probably go a little like this:
Vader enters the hive

the aliens pour out of the entrance tunnel

force push blow them all back

force lightning fries about 10-18 at a time(its a constant chain so it will only stop when he commands it) 2-3 times over

light saber cut a few up (they cant sneak up on him because of his force senses detects all life around him like a nonstop sonar)

Boom another force push

-repeat till queen joins -

lightsaber throw at queen

using force lightning with both hands(more powerful because of concentration of force energy) causes a force storm that fries a large number

after hitting queen catches saber force speed to queen passes under her legs slices off her tail

more force push to knock away the minions

beheads the queen (force jump/speed)

finishs the rest with force push/lightning/lightsaber combos

makes some one-liner and walks away
