[PRP] You Look Different.. (Ame x Asami)

Squinting his eyes, Ame looked around at his surroundings. Nothing. He was now stuck in a very green field of tall grass. And all the trees he could see seemed to be a million miles away. How did he find his way to such a boring place? He was not pleased with himself. And the sun's scorch was beating on his back like needles poking him all over. Letting out a sigh, he lie down in the grass, trying to get away from the sun. Why did the trees have to be so far away?

Even with trying to hide himself in the grass, he could still feel the suns rays. Making him try harder to get lower into the grass. But it wasn't helping at all. Pawing at the dirt, he finally stretched out his wings. Trying to shield himself some more. It helped some, but now he was getting quite thirsty. Then he noticed something green coming along his way. What was that over there? A frog?, he watched it as it came closer. It looked quite shiny, maybe it would quench his thirst. When it got close enough, he decided to lick the poor little frog. But it tasted quite horrible, and he was now wanting something to drink more.

"Eww, gross..." He said with his tongue stuck out, and a weird look on his face.

This was going to be a long day..

The mare walked along almost in a daze. Today was too hot for her to be out and about, but she was out anyways. Her orange and brown tail flicked behind her slowly as she walked, the clothing on her didn't help with the heat at all. A rumble in her stomach made her head towards the field she knew would be around here.

A slight snort was heard from the mare as she walked. "Stupid heat." She said under her breath as she appeared out from under some trees. Her head lowered to the grass and she began to eat her meal. A nice serving of grass, grass, and more grass. A past memory filled her head and she began to slurp up the grass like a piece of spaghetti. She remembered another filly doing that once. Asami laughed half heartedly as she continued to eat.

The sound of another's voice made Asami's thoughts end immediately. Her eyes darted around to try and find the other, but it seemed no one was there. "Just my imagination." She said, slowly lowering her head to continue her meal.

To preoccupied with trying to keep himself warm, he didn't notice there was someone pretty close by. And the taste of frog still stuck in his mouth was distraction enough. Grumbling about he decided to get up, and possibly head to the trees. But he'd first have to get up the courage to do so. Why would he want to travel over such a long way... I suppose shade was a good reason, but him being lazy at the moment didn't help much.

Looking around, all he could see was grass. But of course, he was lying down in it. Glaring at the frog some, he finally decided to get up. Slowing letting himself get up from the grass, he still tried to use his wings for some cover. Hurrying over to the trees, he still didn't realize the female in the distance. But that was the least of his problems now. Trotting over to the shade, he looked about some.. Now all he needed was something to drink..

"Ugh, that water stuff is never around when you need it." He said, his tongue stuck out an all.
