I'm having pickup troubles again, If i don't get any responses in the next hour or so I'll just take it to a shop.

So I have the wire right, it is only one connector, the GFS has four, one is black (ground) and one is shield. DO i solder these two on?

Green is + so do I connect to the pre-existing wire?

and there is this other white/red wire and I have no idea what to do with it, it says connect white to red but I have no idea what that means since they are already conjoined.

I actually figured that since I was using the existing wire, (much too short to actually solder anything onto.) already had the ground already done so I would have had to cut the wires on the pickup I bought and then connect the existing wires perfectly so I decided to have someone else do the it hard way.

So now I'm just playing the Fenduhr-Benduhr, got some new strings on it so it's still pretty rockin, the pickups that came stock with it 40 years ago still sound decent.
