So you see i have this friend....this really retarded friend, who thinks sasuke is angstier then gaara. Me and this other friend of mine are both like 'HOW ON EARTH DID SHE REACH THAT CONCLUSION?' Cause i mean i feel bad for sasuke and all he had a bad past, but there is no way he's angstier then gaara.
*cries* he is not, he IS NOT!

Ok, let me be mature about this and explan myself. I should have done this before but i was upset. Whether it be a good thing or not gaara IS more angsty then sasuke. Cause before Itachi went insane and killed everyone sasuke had a family who loved him and was a pretty happy kid. Then there is gaara, who besides having a father who wanted him dead, was never happy. No, not once in his life, do i think he's ever been happy. *its just my opinion, you don't have to jump down my throat if you don't agree*. It's just that simple; his angst his greater then whiny pretty boy sasuke.
Maybe it would not have bothered me so much if she had explained herself, but she did not. Add that to the fact that i find sasuke fangirls annoying and yeah i got pissed off.

sasuke may be more dramatic about it, but gaara does have the more angsty past 3nodding gonk heart

although im not fond of sauske i can see how she might see sauske as more agnsty than gaara becuse as all ready said sauske shows more emotion. Also Gaara does have a family where as sauske lost all but a hated brother and had to witness something he knew was not supposed to happen while gaara killed others and did not know it was wrong nor could he control it . still sauske was comforted and cared for at least by the majority of the village. Still gaara is more agnsty becuse of the fact that his family indeed everyone hated or feared him for something he could not change and he knew he was seen as the ultimate weapon and that made him hollow which is infinatly worse than agnsty sauske
And most importanly
I still hate sauske

I like angst in general, probably my fav category of fanfics, but I don't think of it like this nor am I fit for such discussions so I'm just gonna stay out of this.
Though I must say hXc_fangirl and Acacia_sadis both has their points so it's gonna be very difficult to say whether Gaara or Sasuke is more angsty...

Vicious-Loner I like angst in general, probably my fav category of fanfics Angst does make for good fanfics. I only thought of this as a discussion because...sasuke annoys me. No, correction i hate sasuke, i really do. I wanted everyone to tell me i was right and make me feel better. No such luck... i heart gaara bishi

Pinumbra ehmm excuse me.... i think I'll use this occasion to ask.... WHAT is Angst? I mean I'm german and Angst means fear in our language sweatdrop so what meaning does it have in english? confused I'm not native English so I'm not 100% sure I'm right , but I think angst is a slang word for anguish. At least that's what I've managed to figure out on my own sweatdrop It could mean something else so I'll leave it to the native speakers of the mentioned language...

Angst in the way we are using it means sadness and sarrow, or to have a sad past of course since Amrican is horrible and mangled compaired to other language it might really means something different in English.
Still, when we are referring to fan fiction it means sadness,often times it can also mean depression. But a dictionary defines thusly: A feeling of anxiety or apprehension often accompanied by depression.
