i got it fo just living here. that's the highest our dividend has ever been. I was thinking about getting an axe-fx. I think i'll save it though.

it sure is... NOT. it's fo taking all our oil back in the day. they take a percentage of the sales income from oil and add it to a giant pot. i think it's based on a three or five year percentage.
the past two or three years have been pretty good. this is the largest it's ever been. they added 1200 to it so we could pay our electricity bills from the power outage this past spring.
